Naturally, we refused it. By this time, dumplings were brought to us, we were hungry and angry, but we could not start eating, as the hostess began to call someone to explain to us in Russian…They're gone. The dumplings were poorly cooked, the onion was crunchy and the dough was thick. 5 out of 20 pieces were boiled. We called the waiter, I asked him to try it, the waiter agreed with us that this dish was not cooked to the end and he even took a photo.
