Traffic is very well organized, parking is always free, excellent polite staff, you can have a snack in the building where the management company is based and comfortably equip the workplace if you have the necessary gadgets.

I was passing through. Wide streets, traffic lights, but there are no souls on them during the day. It feels like I got into a post-apocalyptic world =)
There is a forest nearby, there is rental housing for FEZ employees and construction contractors.
In terms of ecology, it seems to be normal. Because there are no dirty industries. Basically, a "screwdriver" assembly.
