The institution pleases with its national flavor and a cozy outdoor terrace on the second floor, but unfortunately its advantages end there. The serving of dishes is long, regardless of whether there are many visitors or few. We were here twice, the third time we definitely won't come 😅 Our order was waited for an hour, as a result, they brought us barely warm soup and the same vaguri, and instead of compote there was packaged cherry juice with a slice of lemon and a sprig of the district. In general, we ate and forgot.

But sorry, they were already bringing food to those who came after us. We were with the children. We were hoping for a good attitude, but it seems we are second class to them. I don't understand what this behavior is for. It seems that we also pay money. We have already asked the administrator to do something. He said okay, I'll call you now, we sat for another 10 minutes and the dissatisfied ones left. Our failure was reported on the 1st floor. To which the chief administrator only waved at the waiter saying that they would not be accepted. That's all. Let's go to another restaurant in the Citadel. The atmosphere is a hundred times better. The location is in the center of everything, so I travel a lot, mostly tourists. National flavor. The service is unhurried, to put it mildly. The quality of the food is just like for tourists. It was impossible to eat mutton, lagman more or less. I do not recommend it if you appreciate quality food and care. And if you need to be quick and simple, then maybe.

In Samarkand, they praise another Plane Tree, but in Bukhara we visited this one more than once (in the old city). It was close to where we lived and to the main attractions. And this place was also recommended to us by our intellectual guide Evgeny (everyone in Bukhara seems to know him).
We took pilaf, lagman, lula, vegetables. Everything was delicious at home, so we never got the chance to visit them.
In Samarkand and Tashkent, we tried pilaf in the most recommended places, but it was the pilaf from the Plane tree that we liked.
The place is ascetic, but not devoid of some oriental flavor. And after the meal, there is absolute lightness in the stomach and no negative consequences 😉
Ps By default, tea is brought from a tea bag (in my opinion, this is game for a teahouse). Once again, I begged and asked to make a custard - they did 👌

Bukhara had 3 days, I liked the Plane Tree the most of the restaurants. Delicious large salads (recommended with eggplant and beetroot), good kebabs and lula. Manta rays are quite decent. The beer is cold. The service is fast. We recommend it!

The bill for two was 380000.In a cafe in the center of Bukhara of the old city with live music with such a menu, the bill is 260000. The cafe is called Labi Hovuz I recommend.
