All medical and administrative staff were extremely correct and worked smoothly; any issues regarding schedules, medications, or changes in procedures were resolved instantly and without bureaucratic delays. The effect is cumulative, but already in the middle of the course I began to feel a significant decrease in the frequency and severity of pain episodes, an improvement in the outflow of urine and a decrease in the feeling of heaviness in the perineum.
