I don't like to write bad reviews, but sometimes unfortunately I have to do it, maybe it will be useful to someone. I was at Master Anya's today.After the haircut, I was very upset, if that's the right word, the haircut was uneven and it was so obvious-just visually, but Anya had her own rules...they told me one amount on the phone, Anya's amount increased, she took two times for washing her hair (haircut + drying) and when the painting was also taken for washing her hair, the device does not give change, so the rounding was up, of course I paid extra. And when they deposited money on the device, I had to click whether I liked it or not, of course, no one offered to answer me and they answered supposedly for me that I liked everything...In general, today is not my day....of course, the hair will grow back and everything can be fixed in a month or two, but today, of course, it's very sad ((((
