It was my favorite hair salon, where there was excellent service, fast and high-quality haircuts, near the house. Now this is the place where you can sit in line for 20 minutes, and then you will be told that a person should come by appointment now, while the hairdresser works extremely slowly. The master is alone in the barbershop, just a waste of personal time.

We always got our hair cut at the barber shop on Sputnik, but today we were refused service, citing the end of the working day at 19:00, despite the fact that the official work schedule is until 20:00. There is no indication on any social network or on the door about shortening the working day, and customers were served before us after 19:00. I would like the employees to at least come out next time and talk about what they don't accept, and not appeal to the client with the claim "why are you sitting there". And it is better that when changing the work schedule, customers can receive this information not just from the mouth of employees. We appreciate your work and time, I would like it to be mutual.

The whole family went to Cio Cio's barbershop on Sputnik for several years. Everything was fine. But on July 3, an unpleasant situation occurred: the hairdresser cut my son's hair, I paid, the second hairdresser cut my husband's hair. Usually, the one who cuts the hair from the masters is paid for the haircut, but this time everything went wrong. The hairdresser who cut my son's hair apparently decided to help her colleague with this and decided to charge me herself. I gave her 15 rubles. Because she was looking for change for me, she got confused and began to accuse me of not giving her the money. She went to count the proceeds in front of me and accused me for the second time that I didn't give her the money. I repeated that I had personally given her the money. After recalculating the proceeds for the third time, she realized that she was mistaken and that she still received the money from me, telling me at the same time: Well, I'm sorry. And how can I live with it. I was accused of fraud in front of other clients. There is no other way to call it. I'm hypertensive, I shouldn't worry, and my blood pressure has risen from excitement. I am an honest person, I have never taken someone else's money in my life and I have never deceived anyone. And the most unpleasant thing about it is that this master always cut my hair and I was always happy with her work. And now my whole family will have to look for another hairdresser, because I will never be able to forget the humiliation that I experienced. But there must be cameras there, was it really so difficult to view them before accusing me of such a vile act?

Why is there no feedback for negative reviews from 30.06. and 04.07. for a long time? Would it be better if decent people were forced to complain in some other way? I'm duplicating it: The haircut was done by the Troika shopping center on 22.06. As far as I remember, Anastasia served. She cut my hair with irritation and as a result, I got a not beautiful, short (when it was said clearly and distinctly about the length) and most importantly an uneven haircut that cannot be laid normally! It remains to wait for them to grow back on their own.. They ruined my image before an important event, ruined my mood on vacation and my feminine image for the whole summer! After such a haircut, you do not need a comb as a gift - but a complex of vitamins for hair growth. I would like to wish the team of hairdressers to understand that you represent a network of hairdressers! And the management should select the staff of friendly people and specialists who know how to listen to the client, and not do a haircut according to their mood and discretion!

The first time I came to this barbershop was almost by accident. My permanent master had a vacation, so I decided to go to any other hairdresser. I got this one. And that's how lucky I was that Master Olga cut my hair for the first time. I really liked it. I've been coming here ever since. I also got to other masters, but Olga still managed to eliminate their jambs. After a couple of experiments, now I come only to her. If she's not on shift, I'm leaving. I will not sing praises for a long time, because the review is not about her, but about the hairdresser. But thanks to Chiyo, I found a wonderful master!
