I bought cables for monitors via the Internet with SDEK delivery. One cable turned out to be defective. There are issues with accepting defective goods or refunding money. The store's employees began to move only when asked to give them a book of complaints. We are waiting for what the examination will say for the cable worth 13.50 rubles, sent to Russia, because we do not have such. The examination of this complex technical product will last up to 30 days.

Problems with the return of goods to legal entities. They delay deadlines and are reluctant to respond to requests. As a result, almost a month later, the refund is refused. An official refund request was sent the first week after receipt. The product does not fit, the package has not been opened, and there is no refund. Please write in the contract that a refund is not possible. This is the worst organization that doesn't value customers. The head of the organization is kindly requested to pay attention to this. 0 out of 10 for the attitude towards customers.
