03/31/2020 I came to the store at the address Minsk Dimitrova str. d5 for the equipment I needed. When I went to the customer service counter, I saw three employees sorting through something. I was asked to wait with a malicious smile on my face. I agreed and walked around the hall. When I asked again how long I had to wait, I was maliciously answered for 10 minutes. I think that out of the three employees, someone could help me! Next, I decided to write a complaint! I was given a book of complaints and suggestions with a question in the style of write what do you want to tell you the answer right away or send it by mail?! I was even more outraged by this. I wrote a complaint and left. I myself and all my friends will never recommend contacting this place.

I bought a Mastech MS6906 detector from them. He worked for a while, and then started working on his algorithm. 1. The device is working. 2. The device, when you press the scan button, shows that it is in working condition, but it does not work. 3. When you press the scan button, it starts beeping without interruption. I couldn't catch any logic in the behavior of the device. I contacted the store under warranty. They took it for verification. They returned with the conclusion that the device is working as it should. That is, according to their logic, this is exactly how the device should work - through the stump deck.

It seems to be packaged in boxes, but the system does not work - everything is searched very slowly. Although online orders are also not a panacea, my order hung in the status "ready today" for more than a week, as a result, I went to the store to figure it out, they said that one of the positions would come from Moscow and the timing is not really known. Why is this not displayed in your personal account? In general, belchip is our everything, although it is not so convenient to get to it.
