Many people are really bothered by the fact that you have to pay for your vehicle. Some people park along the store, but there is a sign 3.27 forbidding both stopping and parking.
- the assortment of the store is large, it is impossible to put all the goods on the trading floor, so dear, you do not need to be afraid of anyone, take a sales consultant and he will find and select everything for you. Don't waste your time if you value it.
- issuing orders to legal entities and individuals.It should be properly communicated to persons in all possible places. Not somewhere at the bottom of the list (on the order sheet), and not on the "back streets" of the site, but in the most prominent place. I don't think it's so difficult to write in bold on an empty space of a huge sheet at the bottom: Orders for legal entities are issued from Mon-Fri from 10-18, the same should be done on the sign on the doors.
- delivery of orders in a retail store should be available not only by order number, but also by phone number. First of all, this is necessary for the convenience of the visitors themselves. Especially when the delivery takes place on weekends, and at a time when the department for issuing online orders is not working, because it is not possible to view the order by phone number.
- partial delivery of orders should be possible in the retail department of the store, as this puts the customer in an awkward position when he goes here and spends his money, despite the fact that an SMS notification arrives on his phone about the full readiness of the order (and not partially), it looks like misinformation.
- before switching to a position, there should be not just a check mark on the site that the product is there, but it is described in detail in stock or from a warehouse. (most people don't look, they see this check mark and there is no product after they arrive at the store). Screenshot #1
- change the terms of orders from the retail side for prepayment. Why does an online store carry orders without prepayment, when a person issues it through a personal account and there are no guarantees that he will pick it up, and here is some nuance, what kind of double standards for individuals. people who came and decided to place an order at the store and who are sitting at home.
- as for the goods from 20 pieces, 10, 5, etc., when ordering online, he will order as indicated on the website, and if you call the call center, they will tell him that you can take one piece, what are the unequal conditions for customers in the store, and for those who "sit at home" and he places an order through his personal account.
- remove items from the site upon request, if they are not available for sale. And it is impossible to place an order from a Russian website. Or remove the value that is next to them, it misleads buyers. Since the consumer who puts up the product search and the "Cheaper" criterion, he will be given these positions as the cheapest. And it doesn't matter if he clicked on the availability in the store.
- write on the BY domain website that the city of Moscow should be near the warehouse, or the country Russia is written at all, most people think that there is a warehouse in Minsk, they spend money and time, but in fact they remain with nothing, especially those who need it here and now.
- some positions on the site are in the wrong sections, which makes it difficult to search if you do not know the name, but you know the subgroup to which it belongs.
- Screenshot No. 2 shows the items that are "on request" and which are not in the store. Here they can either be removed from the catalog, or the cost can be removed, since it is not relevant.
- some positions are not visually represented. How to buy them for an ordinary buyer, if the photo, even which is informative, is not presented, and the attached Datasheet on them is completely different.
- please tell the dear call-center staff that orders are not issued on weekends for legal entities, and we kindly ask the same guys who receive calls to clarify whether the customer picks up the order as a legal entity or as an individual.
- another important point is when the director (manager, senior store manager) intervenes in the consultation for you from the seller's side. You do not need to do this, you either doubt the competence of your own employees, or you have a goal to constantly show that you are also present here for a reason.
- doubt about the work of employees who are subordinate to the head of the visitors puts not only you in an awkward position, but also the employees themselves. I think that in no case should this be done even in a veiled way.
