I paid for the product on the website with a card and started waiting. The goods have been shipped, there are no questions! I did not receive a notification from the mail, there was no call from the chipdip. I.e., we received the money, no further work with the client is underway. They called when the product returned from the post office, with a question: "What didn't you like?" I replied that I had not received it at all... I asked to send the goods to the store in Gomel (it opened after my order after a while), but I was refused, despite the fact that I was ready to close the financial issue of transportation. They said they would send an e-mail invoice for re-delivery by mail, but there is no invoice or refund! I called back the same day, they don't answer the phone! I admit some of my guilt, but they don't care about the customers! I do not recommend buying from them.
