I called them at the end of the 4th day myself. They said that they diagnosed the problem for a long time. I don't mind, but was it possible to call, warn? When they were diagnosed, they offered an expensive replacement of the matrix (there was a problem with the screen, it was turned off). I decided to transfer to another service to get a second opinion. In another service, we found a better solution and 2 times cheaper. When I came to pick up the laptop, I found scratches and glue sticking out. It was not glued with high quality, I had to contact another service.
