Previously, the Chir-chik restaurant was for me one of the best places of Uzbek cuisine — with character, taste and a certain sophistication. Unfortunately, the impression has become noticeably weaker in the last few visits. The kitchen has been simplified and looks more like an ordinary cafe, where the emphasis is more on satiety than on quality and serving. The service is still at a good level, there are no questions for the staff. However, the general feeling is no longer the same — the atmosphere for which I wanted to return has disappeared. The interior does not seem to have changed since the opening, and this also adds to the feeling of fatigue of the place. Perhaps the restaurant lacks renovation— both in the kitchen and in the overall concept. So far, unfortunately, Chirchik no longer evokes the same desire to come again.
