I really liked the hotel. The rooms are standard. It doesn't seem to be anything special, but unlike most hotels, I can't name more than one joint. Nothing flows into the bathroom, the room itself and the furniture are in good condition, not shabby. Convenient access around the hotel building. Very good parking near the hotel and next to it on the street.
The hotel itself is an "annex" to the entertainment complex. In general, I really liked it.

A nice hotel with its own brewery and many others. The food in the restaurant is delicious, but if you run in for a quick snack, then you will not succeed. The waiting time is from 20 minutes. There are no three stars, given that the comfort room does not have a refrigerator, shoe spades, water in the hallway, a shower with chipped tiles and looks very tired. In my opinion, this is the most popular hotel in Gomel. And indeed the rooms are clean, the staff is polite and pleasant. Maybe I was unlucky with the number, but he would already like minor cosmetic repairs (see photo) in places the skirting board lost spare parts. But this does not functionally affect the rest. It is unusual that seals, pigs and a goat live near the hotel. Undoubtedly a great option for a reasonable fee.

A three-star hotel! The audibility in the rooms is excellent. The choice for the hotel fell because of the restaurant with him. And that was the main disappointment! After checking in, at 14.30, we immediately went to the restaurant. It was already open. They sat down and asked for a menu. The waiter said that from eating only wings and one soup, and the kitchen will work according to the menu from 18.00!!! We decided to go for lunch in the city and book a table for the evening. But no! All seats are occupied for the evening. Okay. We asked for dinner delivery (Texas steak, tobacco chicken and sliced vegetables) to the room (there is such a service) at 21.00. The order was made in 4.5 hours! As a result, we had to remind about our order at the beginning of the tenth. They forgot about us! The order was delivered at 21.45! The steak turned out to be a piece of old dry beef, and the tapaka chicken was a huge oven-dried chicken. And the "cherry on the cake" was a terrible breakfast with a burnt omelet. We will not come to this place again and we do not advise you!

I do not know how to evaluate the hotel as a whole, so I will describe the disadvantages that I have encountered and the advantages.
Pros: on-site car wash, restaurant, car oil change center, Parking, sauna, several animal shelters.
The rooms are clean, quite neat, although the faucets are already old (the coating peels off and you can cut yourself with them). That's 5 stars for this money.
Minuses: who came up with the idea of putting trash cans in front of even numbers??? Noise, bottles rattling all night, garbage truck noise at 7 a.m. My wife did not sleep all night ("as she lay on the Mkad") breakfast is meager and not tasty, the coffee machine needs to be washed. That's 2 stars for it. I slept until 6 a.m., then I woke up from the roar.
You can return, but only to even numbers. Is it really impossible to rearrange the garbage in such a large area? To just sleep normally, silence from 9:00…

Excellent hotel, friendly staff.The rooms are cleaned every day, the bed is soft, the toilet, the shower are all working properly. The only thing we can hear is especially on weekends. The room price included breakfast, which is nice.The usual breakfasts are eggs, omelets, porridges, cereals, biscuits, yogurt, tea, coffee, juices, fruits, there is plenty to choose from.The hotel has a brewery with its own beer. We tried mango beer, it's just gorgeous.There is a restaurant where the chefs cook very tasty food from under the knife. For this, a special thanks to them was insanely delicious. The hotels have a zoo, mini animals are well-groomed and there is no smell at all. There are also activities for children like a mini town.A coffee shop with delicious coffee . In general, it was our first time in Gomel and we were not mistaken about the hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

Just a wonderful place! Over the past 2 weeks we have traveled around Brest, Grodno, Vitebsk and Mogilev, stayed in different hotels, so we can say for sure: 88 rubles per night with breakfast in such a clean, cozy room with normal furniture and plumbing is a rarity for Belarus. Great room, comfortable bed, large shower room, cooler with hot and cold water on the floor, air conditioning in the room, which works well. There is a place to park the car, there is a mini zoo in the yard. Breakfast is quite good for the money.
In general, I highly recommend it!

I stayed there twice. The hotel is super. I would say this: this is not a hotel, but a complex. Here you will find a Clean restaurant, a Clean Brewery, a Children's center, a mini zoo, a clean car wash. Well, what is very important is the location, 15 minutes to the most remote corner of Gomel. If you are with children, I recommend this hotel.

Minuses: 1. if you are a light sleeper, and you are going to stop by on the weekend, then you will not sleep on the second floor - there is no noise insulation at all, there is a sauna below, they are constantly making very loud noise. I was alone, I always sleep soundly, but even I woke up at 4 in the morning)) . 2. There is no toothpaste and brushes, as well as slippers, bathrobes, and a refrigerator.
To summarize: a solid three. For Gomel, this is one of the two or three best hotels where there are pros and cons. The hotel business is not developed in Gomel!

During all eight days in Belarus, we changed eight accommodation options, and this hotel turned out to be a real paradise! It's really very CLEAN! For the first time in the whole vacation it was really clean. And we even paid a little less than usual. In one day we only managed to go to the hammam, but how wonderful it was. The service is no worse than in the famous comfort class hotels. Someone wrote that it was noisy, but it all depends on the sensitivity of sleep. We were so tired that we didn't hear any noise. The rooms are new and comfortable. The bed is soft, snow-white, with the freshest linen. In short, the hotel is slightly inferior to the Hilton, but it is many times better than daily apartments and many hotels! There are funny animals on the territory (although I am not a supporter of animals in cages for the amusement of tourists, but the cat at the reception really pleased me) there is a fitness center, a restaurant and a brewery (we did not go), as well as a bunch of saunas and baths of different formats with the names of countries (apparently under the specifics of the steam rooms of each country) the restaurant is quite it's expensive, so we couldn't appreciate it, but their breakfasts are very tasty, although the choice is not great, but we ate enough. I definitely recommend it for a visit! If you want to have a good rest, then this hotel is perfect.

The doors in the toilet are on the door closer, it rumbles so that you can hear it all over the floor, the entrance is no better, the noise is just excellent. You can hear everything and everywhere. The fan in the bathroom is on while you wash with the hum of a falling plane, well, it's not hard to guess if your neighbor is a seal and you want to sleep, you're just out of luck. There is no air in the room, it is more correct to say ventilation. There is only a window and an air conditioner, the function of which is not oxygen saturation, but heating or cooling the available air in the room. Pillows are generally a frame. They don't have 30 over 70 in them. It's just something 20 cm narrow and 40 cm long. Sleeping on this "dummy" is not possible. But you'll get the jackpot if you get a neighbor sleeping on TV and snoring like a beaver. We got one, we listened to his roullades all night.... But the cherry on the cake was at 8 a.m., when exhausted by a snoring neighbor, we found out who killed Natasha thanks to his TV, we still fell asleep... No, that wasn't it.. A garbage truck arrived and from a distance of one and a half meters they began to throw crates of empty bottles into the body from a local brewery, and then crush the mass with a press... In general, a bouquet of unforgettable impressions, a sleepless night and a spoiled building for the whole day.
Here are 2 stars for cleanliness, the zoo, the raccoons are beautiful, and for breakfast. Otherwise, if you need a sleepless night, it's just here, if you want to get enough sleep, look for something else.
