The price is also pleasant, but there are also unpleasant moments.: No one called me back after placing the order, as it turned out, they didn't have a call center, so I had to ask questions on Instagram before cleaning. On the website, when placing an order, payment is indicated only in cash, but after registration there is already other information: you can pay in any convenient way. I clarified this point on Instagram: they told me that you can only pay in cash, the cleaner will give you the change. But there was no change, I had to look for the amount without change! Also, after the cleaning lady (her name is Daria) left, I saw that one of my glass jars was broken and no one even told me about it. I wrote on Instagram, and they told me that they work like a marketplace now and don't receive money for orders (that is, they are not responsible for anything and are not going to help in any way). The cleaning lady also did not return the money, only lied that she did not do it (but I myself or my boyfriend did not break this jar, I used oil shortly before the cleaning lady arrived, the jar was intact)
