I got a manicure at this salon, and it was one of the most painful experiences. The cuticle was so badly damaged that for the third day I have not been able to move my fingers normally, contact with water causes severe pain. It feels like the master just doesn't know how to handle the tools. I wrote to the salon with a complaint — absolute disregard, no response, no apologies. No professionalism, no responsibility. I do not recommend it — take care of your health.

I am very disappointed with the service. I made an appointment with a master, but Galina accepted me without warning — they explained that they had "mixed up the recording." Already at this stage, it became clear that there was complete disorganization in the cabin. The first time, Galina had a hard time getting her nails of normal length and shape, even though they broke while she was working. As soon as I got home, my nails started falling off. I wrote asking them to redo it, and in response, I heard accusations that I had broken them, and it wasn't their fault. During the repeat procedure, Galina began to respond rudely that she could not build up the same shape and length as the first time. She responded irritably to my calm requests to correct me a little and refused. I asked then just to remove the coating. The removal was so careless that the fingers began to bleed, and the pain persists to this day. It wasn't completely shot, and she called the remnants "protection." The result is money spent, pain, ruined nails, and a complete lack of responsibility. I do not recommend Master Galina and this salon. Irresponsible, rude and unprofessional.
