The hotel is far from five stars. The furniture is old, the rooms are poorly cleaned, the windows are dirty. The staff is not friendly, they take a long time to respond to requests. There is only one outlet for a kettle in the room, it is impossible to charge the equipment. The air conditioner breaks down, then the door locks, repeatedly. The staff only laugh at all requests, they probably have a lot of fun from such situations. They do not give advice on how to get to the city or another place where a pharmacy or store is located.

I accidentally stumbled upon this hotel in a search engine and memories came flooding back, and not the best ones. We were there back in 2011. so my review may no longer be informative. It was my first trip both abroad and to the sea, and what was my disappointment then to see a terrible beach with muddy water, surrounded by cobblestones, the smell was terrifying. As a result, I did not swim at the sea even once. The sights and the center were far away. The only thing that pleased me then was the pool and the territory, and that was because I hadn't been to good hotels in principle. The food seems to be normal, as in many hotels in the country. As a result, two days later we bought excursions for all the remaining days of the vacation, which we were very happy about, it was the excursions that saved us for a vacation in Thailand. Now I am an experienced tourist, now I study literally everything, and I would never come back here. I will not recommend this hotel or advise you to avoid it, as there may have been global changes, maybe for the better...or maybe for the worse. But the hotel is still budget-friendly, and the price was very low now as it was then.

It is located very far from the tourist area. The nearest public transport stop is tuk tuk (songteo) Naklua Fish Market, a 10-minute bolt taxi ride for 120 baht. Many taxi drivers refuse and do not want to take an order. There is a free shuttle service 3 times a day - 11:00, 16:00 and 21:00 to Terminal 21, about 20 minutes on the way. You need to make an appointment in advance and get a ticket. While you're driving in the shuttle, you can hear Russians on vacation complaining that the hotel is far away and you have to travel a lot. There are very few Russians in the hotel, but a lot of Chinese. The Chinese are making a lot of noise, slamming doors, at 2 a.m. the girl went out into the hallway and she wanted to sing a song loudly, they also get out of the elevator in the dead of night and talk so loudly that the whole floor will hear. As you walk past the reception, there was almost always a crowd of Chinese people at the check-in. They are constantly brought in huge buses. There are also no shops or cafes nearby (except for one Chinese one), there is nowhere to buy fruit. I arrived at 22 hours after the tour and had to go to a Chinese restaurant for dinner. I sat there for about 25 minutes and during that time 2 buses with Chinese arrived. I think there are definitely more than 10 buses a day bringing them. It takes a very long time to wait for the elevator. I left the room in the morning and the Chinese woman told me in English that she had already been waiting for 10 minutes, we waited together for another 5. A huge crowd of Chinese people is waiting for the elevator on the 1st floor and climbs into the elevator so tightly that they can't do that in our subway during rush hour and you will also have to go or go up the stairs, and in the hotel 23 floors. If the windows overlook the avenue, it is very noisy in the hotel. They ride bikes loudly at 3 a.m. There is a path near the sea, but it is impossible to walk there because it stinks of rotting algae. Of course, there is no beach in the hotel. What are the advantages? The hotel is clean and the staff is pleasant and courteous.
