The fourth time, I found her at my workplace, there were 40 minutes left before closing, and of course the employee of this travel agency was already packing her things home, said she was in a hurry for a meeting and asked to dictate where we want to go, conditions, etc., promised to reset all options to us on Viber. By the way, more than a month has passed since that moment and no one has sent us any options. The tour operator's job at this agency is terrible, I wonder how they book tours at all, because even if you call them, no one picks up the phone.
