An ugly company! They did a visa to Italy through them, the price of the issue is 350 rubles per person for services. The package of documents was prepared jointly, this agency made hotel reservations. They moved. We were sure that everything would be fine, there was a visa history. And then the refusal. For the reason: the unreliability of the information provided confirming the purpose and conditions of stay. (Literally). And our aunt, who sent us directly to the visa center, warned us that the reservation would be immediately withdrawn as soon as we submitted, and apparently they did so. And now on the issue of refund for services, they said the Consul is to blame. And the Consul is not to blame, but just checked the reservation! I can say for sure that this is their fault. Because friends applied through them, and they already knew our situation, and the agency kept the reservation - the result was a visa received for half a year. The packages of documents are identical! We didn't get our money back!!!! Be careful! Do not contact this agency for visa services!! They're liars!
