We came to Gastrofest GreenLine with friends, booked a table in advance and arrived with the whole company at the agreed time. We ordered 4 gastrosets and pies (in case the set will be cooked for a long time). The drinks were delivered on time, but we didn't see any food. But they watched as they carried the frying pans to the next table, where they celebrated the anniversary. That day, the landing was not complete, but we did not wait for either a set or pies. An hour later, we asked the receptionist how things were going with our order, to which we received the answer: "The sets are being prepared from under the knife, we do not have blanks" and she did not know how long to wait. We waited another half hour, watched how the anniversary was celebrated and had to go to another place to eat. Before leaving, we re-clarified whether we had started preparing the order, to which the administrator continued to say that she did not know and "everything is being prepared from under the knife." After we found out that this institution had somehow become the "leader of the popular vote," we decided to write this review as it is. If the kitchen is open only for the 1st anniversary, maybe you should close it for special maintenance? Well, definitely solve issues with the kitchen and the administrator. 1.5 hours with an empty table and no one knows about the order status. p.s. The photo shows how the neighboring tables were also sitting only with drinks. We didn't notice how long they waited, but it was also quite a long time.

The dining room level. We tried dumplings with mushrooms, kvass, ribs with turds, salad with tongue and pies. If you don't know: what is Ukrainian cuisine, then, probably, one could agree with the dough of dumplings and pies.. But everything else is bland, indistinct, not bright, but simple.. It's not tasty. Indifferent, not friendly waiters against the background of rollicking songs of the Cossacks, but in Russian. Yes, the interior with authentic Ukrainian decor is present. But our mood was hopelessly spoiled by the kitchen and service. We decided that we deserve the best and don't set foot in this place anymore!

Borscht was not salted enough, the dumplings did not seem to be salted at all. We also ordered a meat plate and in general everything in it was delicious, but the chicken carpacho seemed to be frozen on a plate and already it began to thaw on our table. In short, they would not have visited this institution a second time.

I add 2 stars purely for the atmosphere. The waiter service is at a very low level, or we got one like this. We came to dinner with a young man, there was a full landing. Firstly, the menu was brought to us for about 20 minutes. Secondly, no sooner had we decided what to order from the drinks, than the waiter arrives, accepts the order from what we have already chosen. And literally snatches the menu out of our hands, ignoring our words that we wanted to choose more drinks. And explains this by the fact that there is not enough menu for everyone. So whose problem is it that you don't have enough menus for everyone? In general, the mood was spoiled as much as possible and we did not order drinks. I won't say anything about the food, with such a mood everything seemed disgustingly tasteless. We won't go there anymore.

I really do not recommend this institution. To begin with, it took a long time to take an order, a very long serving of dishes, although only a couple of tables were occupied in the restaurant. The second disappointment was the food itself, they ordered borscht, which was just average, the beer was light, resembling more light beer with the addition of rusty tap water, but the salad with red frozen fish, which melts into your plate, finishes off. We thought the food was bad, but then we got to know the local tinctures. Instead of tinctures, colored warm vodka was brought. And in order to definitely kick us out of this institution, fish was brought to the next table, which stank the whole room. Evaluation: 1 warm colored vodka instead of tincture out of 100 possible.

The place reminded me of the Cornflower restaurant. We were sitting on the terrace. The company came to the gastrofest, the order was expected for 50 minutes. We also ordered rolls with ham and cheese, so the ham was smelly😶 I was also struck by how the staff cleans the tables after the visitors. There are large long tablecloths on the tables. One of the waitresses swipes at the floor with his palm, someone with a brush also hits the floor, possibly on a chair! The tinctures were also not impressed. The waitress showed with her whole appearance that it was a burden for her to serve us (and not only us). There is no desire to come again, to visit at once!

I can't share the positive reviews, after reading which, we decided to visit this institution. We were very disappointed. None of the 4 guests of our company liked any dish - bland mashed potatoes, the consistency is like paste, beef cheeks are rubber, herring under a fur coat is nothing and herring actually a couple of pieces, pickles are one vinegar, tinctures are disgusting, solid alcohol. The service is low, the waiters are inattentive, even bread and cutlery were not brought at the first request. When asked to turn down or turn off the air conditioner, which caused almost all the guests on the veranda to sit in blankets, they turned it off, but turned it back on after a couple of minutes, because a couple of guests were hot. When asked to bring two blankets, one was brought. Upon repeated request to bring a second blanket, after some time they were informed that the blankets had run out. As a result, one of the employees still set up the air conditioner so that it did not blow into the back, the face that inflated the hair. The positions in the checks were all mixed up (they asked to split the checks in pairs, there were no problems in any restaurant). In addition, they miscalculated - instead of the ordered two items of one product, three items were added. Extremely disappointed.

The sausage is over-dried but tastes good, the pancakes are delicious but everything falls apart from the good)) there was a sausage similar to liver in the sets and it was spoiled.... The only thing that was very annoying was the music: folk songs, quite cheerful, when you listen to this for a long time, you get very tired, it does not relax at all. But this is my personal perception, that's why I took off the star, someone will take this style of music well. I recommend you to visit. As I said, the food is quite interesting and the menu is varied. The food was delicious too. I would rate the service at 4/5, there was a lot of workload.
