The attitude towards clients and work is terrible. The work was not completed within the agreed period of several working days. Coming on the appointed day for a photo, I was asked to take a walk, but my refusal was told that first of all they do work for their favorite clients. To my objection that, although I am not a favorite customer, I pay money, the answer came that it does not matter.
The quality of photos and prints wants to leave the best. It is a pity that there are few places in the city where you can take photos for documents, but next time I will definitely avoid this place. In addition to the time and money spent, the mood for the whole day is also spoiled

Information from the studio administration:
1. Photos are taken in 5 minutes, we do not do it.
2. The photo for documents (passport, visa, etc.) have certain requirements and therefore this work is not done in 5 minutes.
3. Customers who believe that there are no others besides them are not our customers.
4.Our studio has been working for 21 years and this is a great indicator of professional work.
