A small, neat Catholic church located on a hill between the lakes Novyaty and Drivyaty. Because of the stone-lined walls, it resembles a fortress. A very serious temple, by the way. In 2024, the Pope awarded him the title of basiliaca minoris (minor basilica), which underlines the special connection of this church with the Holy See.

We were traveling with our family from Grodno to Russia and stopped in Braslav. I already visited this city ten years ago and I have the most pleasant impressions. And then on the way I decided to show my family. We stopped near the cathedral. There's an Orthodox cathedral nearby. We noticed that both cathedrals are not empty, there are many parishioners. It made me very happy.
