A unique architectural monument and a spiritual center. The church in Zaslavl impresses with its history and significance for believers. Very well maintained territory, pleasant atmosphere. I got great aesthetic and spiritual pleasure!

This is a very ancient temple, it has been well preserved since the 70s and 80s. For years, there was a museum that was monitored.There are earthen ramparts around, excavations are underway at the entrance of the ancient gate and the entrance to the dungeon has been opened.Everything is fenced off so far, but I saw this ancient entrance.On the other side of the rampart there is a river along which there are trails made of plank flooring, where you can stroll admiring nature.There is a carved iconostasis inside the temple, many icons, and services are scheduled.Such places should definitely be visited, especially on August 19, it will be the Feast of the Transfiguration- the patronal feast of the temple and the Apple Savior, when apples will be consecrated.

We were in Zaslavl back in February. We visited the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord. Candles were set and water was drawn. This is a wonderful temple with a long history!
