A very good hotel, excellent staff, the pool on site is clean (the water is at a comfortable temperature even at the end of September). The breakfasts are varied, you can order lunches at the on-site cafe (the average check is lower than at any cafe in Kobuleti, while the food is very tasty, homemade). The rooms are very clean, cleaning and changing towels were done daily, which is not even in five-star hotels in Turkey!
I want to note that the hotel provides an airport transfer service, and it costs less than calling a taxi. The hotel has an experienced driver, Alik, who also organizes interesting excursions. We went to the waterfalls, to the Prometheus cave, looked at mountain Adjara, and with all the trips we met a comfortable budget (through the official operator, the same excursions are 20% more expensive).
In general, this is one of the best hotels in Kobulet, and given the cordiality and hospitality of the owner Zurab, I want to come back here again.

We had a family vacation for 10 days, the hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and have everything for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel Zurab for such a well-established service and attitude towards his guests. The breakfasts are varied with fresh products. There is also a cafe on site where you can have lunch and dinner.

Beautiful exterior, lots of greenery, swimming pool, billiards, etc.
The beach is 200 m away, you will have to go through garbage and stink to the beach, starting from crossing the road to the embankment, piles of garbage and smells of vomit, the beach itself is clean.
The hotel is in a quiet location away from the hangouts.
Disgusting breakfasts:
- Burnt cupcake every day. The dough is mixed is not tasty
- The olives are rotten
- The beans are tasteless
- Watermelon is not sweet
- Kutia is impossibly sweet
- They take food from under their noses that they haven't even started eating yet
- Juice, like jupi, is disgusting
In general, the food looked unpresentable.
The Internet is falling off all the time
The siphon is leaking, it stinks in the room
The mattress feels like you're sleeping on the floor. Then my back hurts. The cheapest one. The springs rested against the ribs.
Everything is crookedly hung in the room: sockets, lamps. It's like they don't know what a level is.
The door to the balcony: the lock does not work
There is no don't disturb sign
The cleaners could have burst in at any moment after they knocked and you were silent. And you can be in the shower, sleeping, etc.
The doors of strangers were constantly hammered by the wind from the cleaners, they closed with all their might.
At breakfast, the cleaners came up almost every minute and asked: is that it? And they tried to take the plates away. They didn't let me eat in peace.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024. This is really "OUR YARD", which creates a cozy atmosphere in the presence of a comfortable seven-storey, but not huge, building in the depths of the courtyard. The owner Zurab and his assistant Ivan are always on site, friendly, ready to help if necessary. The sea is wonderful.

If the windows don't face the courtyard, then fine. If you go into the courtyard, it will be noisy.
There is a swimming pool on the territory, a veranda with a grill (you can fry something yourself).
The breakfasts are simple but delicious.
The problem with the room is an ill-conceived shower room. The whole bathroom is covered in puddles. But it dries quite quickly.

A chic hotel, close to the sea, the rooms are bright and spacious with large balconies, a kettle, tea and coffee, bathrobes and slippers in the rooms.
The territory of the hotel is large, green, there is a closed Parking, there is a nice, heated, clean swimming pool in which it is a pleasure to swim!
The breakfasts are very tasty, buffet style, all the products are fresh and perfectly cooked.

He lived in this hotel with his family (2 adults and 2 children) from June 05, 2022 to August 03, 2022. Room 204, second floor. For me, the ideal room for a family with a small child, since you do not need to wait for the elevator, you can go down on your own, the windows overlook almost the pool and you can watch the children swim there, if of course you let them go alone to the pool. The room also has one of the largest balconies in the hotel, if you ask the hotel owner (Zurab), then you can put a couple of sun loungers there and sunbathe right on the balcony. The room is small, but there is enough space. There are two double beds, a mini fridge, a kettle and more. The breakfasts at the hotel are normal, I can't say that it's super (it's still not Turkey), but it's not frankly bad either. I haven't had enough in two months. Cottage cheese and sour cream are especially good! There were big problems to feed my daughter (2 years old), she refused to eat porridge at breakfast, but somehow they coped… In general, we were very satisfied with the hotel, especially the staff! Zurab is the owner of the hotel, just great! Polite, decent, always ready to help. Before our departure, he invited me and treated me to a real Khvanchkara!Maya - helped with breakfast, lunch and dinner, just gold! I love working myself, but I have never seen such hardworking and responsible employees, she worked from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and still remained very friendly and always ready to help. The two women who cleaned our room are also super, unfortunately I didn't remember their names. In general, I can say about any employee that he is super! It is also worth noting the difference between Turkey and Georgia, if in Turkey everyone smiles at you and tries to help, BUT they count on a reward, then in Georgia you are just like a family member, they are trying to help you sincerely and selflessly. In general, I recommend this hotel!
Now a couple of tips:
1. If you live for a long time, then you can take the laundry to the hotel, wash it for GEL 5 and bring it to the room.
2. To the right of the playground there are tables and a barbecue, there is also running water. You can roast something on the grill and sit at the table with company and music.
3. The hotel provides good food for lunch and dinner (something better, something worse), if you are too lazy to go somewhere, then it is quite possible to eat at the hotel. If you want to go eat outside the hotel, then I warmly recommend the Bora Bora restaurant, 100 meters to the left of the hotel (you can find out by the installed aquariums in the distance of the street). In two months we have visited many restaurants, but only Chero can compare with Bora Bora (50 meters after Bora Bora), but the service there is terrible.
4. If you are interested in wine, I recommend buying it by bottling at the hotel, or immediately after leaving the hotel in a tent (beer is also sold there). I specially bought Khvanchkara in different places and conducted a “blind” tasting, as a result, in terms of price-quality ratio, the best Khvanchkara in this tent. Although the Khvanchkara that Zurab treated was incomparable, but you can't buy it, and if you do, it will cost space.
5. For the cost of the hotel, it is better to negotiate with Mirabela (Zarub's daughter-in-law) by email (available on the hotel's website). It will be cheaper than on websites and aggregators.
6. I do not advise you to take a transfer from the hotel, as it is not profitable. It costs $25, and the toyota prius is lucky. I drove from the airport to the hotel for $ 15 in a Lexus, ordered through the Bolt app. In general, taxis in Georgia are not cheap, but VERY cheap, so I recommend taking a taxi (Bolt, Maxim, Yandex).

I was lucky enough to visit Georgia. I've been waiting for this trip for a long time and, lo and behold, it happened. Everyone knows that rest often depends on the place of stay. So I will say that my vacation was a success on 11/10, a wonderful hotel, polite and qualified staff. And the rooms are just a fairy tale. There's everything, that's right there.. The sea is within walking distance, the city, shops and just beautiful streets of the embankment. I want to write a lot, but I will limit myself to a good review and recommendation. I advise all those whom I know and whom I do not know. Some friends were going to go here.
