The place is good, but the service is not very good. There were competitions for a thousand people, one cafe was open - there was no choice of cooking, and the prices for children were biting. There was no hot water in the showers - it is not clear how the children wash themselves🤷♂️🤷♂️🤔

Only positive emotions, the arena looks very fresh, both inside and outside, in the photo a small arena, very cozy, has everything you need for training and playing hockey, the only thing is that the locker rooms for mass skating are narrow when there are a lot of people, a small crowd forms, very reasonable prices, I am satisfied, I advise. I would like to note that until recently we were regular visitors to the arena (ice skating). But your pricing policy completely discourages all desire to return to you. We are talking about various "discos on ice", "carnivals", "entertainment programs", where the horse price tag is now 12 rubles. Sometimes there is no stated program, only music is playing, and sometimes some strange character in a costume will make a circle or two and that's it. And for that 12 rubles??? Do you even know what the average price is for visiting an ice rink in the city?
In the city, you can perfectly skate in large arenas, even on skating grounds for 4-7 rubles (even on weekends!).
Music is played everywhere or almost everywhere during sessions, but no one doubles the cost for this!

We attended the Magic Crystal circus performance and it's terrible, how can such a thing be called a circus at all, there was not a word in the posters that it would be figure skating and not very professional yet. There were a couple of numbers from the circus and those that didn't take your breath away. Very disappointed! The parking arrangement is also terrible, we parked for 40 minutes and were almost late for the start of the "circus". It was very cold in the arena itself, even for adults, in the buffets everything is the cheapest at the most expensive prices! We will never go to such events as a family again.
