Perfect place in old town

Positive:
1. All historical sights are nearby
2. There is an air conditioner
3. We settled in and evicted without any problems
4. Normal wifi
5. The bathroom has individual shower gel, shampoos, hair dryer
6. A good refrigerator
Cons:
1. The apartments are on the ground floor, the window is on the street, so you won't open it because of security
2. Musty smell because it is rarely ventilated, similarly, dark light in the bathroom
3. No iron, no washing machine
4. The tile is such that it's scary to cook, there are dishes, but obviously not a set, but they put everything that didn't fit at home
5. Cleaning is announced every day, in fact, they have never been cleaned in 3 days, and the garbage has not been taken out
Well, the wish to the landlords is: to put salt / sugar, tea, coffee, it is not laborious, and guests will be pleased.
Note: since the apartments are in Kaleichi, then a large transfer will not come here, only a taxi sedan (possibly also a minivan for 7x). We need to look for breakfast, but as it turned out, there is a hotel opposite and you can go there. You can find a restaurant for dinner, but it's not very tasty in the old town and the prices are high.
In general: you can stop for the night, it's already uncomfortable.

A lovely little hotel in the old town. Value for money, no fault to find, responsive staff. I love the old town, I did not miss the choice of a hotel.
The room is large, with a kitchenette, making coffee in the morning is a plus, a living area with a separate bedroom. The rest was comfortable.
Next time, just come here!!!

We stayed at this hotel in February 2024.
The location is really very convenient: there are many grocery stores, restaurants and cafes nearby, and the center of the old town is two minutes on foot.
Basically, all claims are related to the condition of the room.
The photos on the sites were taken a long time ago, in reality everything is very old, the kitchen is shabby and dirty, the bathroom is full of dust, dirt and hair on the walls, crumbled furniture and shedding staining paint. The furniture in the living room had grease stains on the upholstery.
As the manager explained to us, this hotel needs to be renovated, but they will not do this, since the owner has other hotels in which he prefers to invest.
In general, I will say that the price for such ruins is greatly overestimated. Costs are rising due to the inability to cook due to unsanitary conditions and dirty, unwashed dishes.
There is no garden on the territory, only a garden annex in which the maid does the laundry and the manager sometimes sleeps.

It's a normal place, but there are problems with cleaning. Everything is very dusty. With the washing complexity, there is no small washing machine for customers. If you are driving, you will have to park very far away. We put on a paid parking lot in 10-12 minutes walk.
