A wonderful cafe! The prices are more than budget - for 310 lire I took a salad, dessert and two teas. I could barely finish eating, the portions are good, the food is delicious) The service is a bit lame, judging by Moscow standards, but that didn't bother me at all. The staff is polite and pleasant. The cafe has a magnificent view of the Bosphorus. Yes, you can pay with an Istanbul Card or other cards, if they work for you (mir definitely won't do)
