It is important that starting from January 1, 2025, all social cafes accept payments only by bank card or Credit card. The worst place I've ever been to in Istanbul. I've been in 2 times. For the first time, 3 extra breakfasts were added to the bill. At first they paid without checking, then they showed them the receipt and the money was returned.
I decided to give them a second try, the cafe was on the way. We ordered 2 breakfasts, brought one. I had to wait for the second one again. Then, without asking, the waiter silently grabbed my bag lying on a chair, put it on our table, and took the chair to another table for the locals. I definitely won't come here anymore, and I don't recommend it to others. Payments are now accepted only by card.

I visited three similar restaurants in Istanbul. This one is the best. The view of the Bosphorus is excellent, prices for February :

The social dining room is about prices. It is a good location and cozy inside. The person is complex, almost no one speaks English and is not particularly courteous. Queue by appointment if there are a lot of people (i.e. in the evenings for sure). You can wait up to an hour. And there is no choice of places, we got to the terrace (it was very cool). The menu is small, but there is a choice. (There are no fish and soups). There are salads (100 lira), burgers, pastas (120+-), hot dishes with beef (270) and chicken (150), pies (40-60), tea, coffee, sodas, juices, as well as breakfasts. Everything is delicious. But keep in mind, the feed is long, or it depends on the load (we waited for 30 minutes). Prices are 1.5-2 times lower than usual establishments. I recommend you to visit, but take into account all of the above.

A great place
Local municipal cafe, prices are much lower than in other tourist places
It's hard to get there, you'll have to walk decently up the hill. The queue is by appointment, or you can wait (we waited for 20 minutes, but arrived at about 15.00, i.e. neither lunch nor dinner by time)
The menu as a whole is like everywhere else - meat, burgers, pasta, etc. We paid about 1500 rubles for the food in the photo, it was very tasty

But the traffic and parking problem is terrible. Especially on weekends, finding a place to park vehicles is a complete torture. A parking lot is necessary for such a beautiful place, because the interest is intense. So much so that my wife and I had to wait in line for an hour to sit down and eat.
