I really liked it. The actress is just great, she kept the whole quest in fear and tension. The administrator is also super cool, he told us about other quests that may interest us.

07.01.2026 we were signed up for a quest. We arrived on time. An advance payment was made. When we arrived, Kirill, the administrator, was clearly not expecting us. He told me to read the rules and pay attention to paragraph 2.6 (in short, that if clients are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they are not allowed to complete the quest and the prepayment is not refunded), he went to another room with the words: "I need to deal with this." We came to the quest in cars, all sober. Then I came back, and we were sitting on the couch reading the rules. When he came up, he immediately said that we were in an inadequate state and drunk. Thank God it's all on the surveillance camera and the camera was pointed at us. If this review is going to be read by the head of this company (I really hope so), please watch the video from the video camera, we arrived at 19:43, a company of 5 people. We suggested that the administrator bring a breathalyzer and let everyone pass it. There was no breathalyzer and, as the police later told us, they did not have the right to examine us. Although we were only in favor, because everyone was sober. After our company was called allegedly inadequate and drunk, without any confirmation of the words, we were refused to complete the quest. They also mentioned that the phone operator suspected the inadequacy of the caller and told them to make an advance payment anyway, which is very similar to fraud, isn't it?! So that then what? Should I take an advance payment and refer to clause 2.6?) This time your logic did not work, even though it was a holiday, but no one drank alcohol, because everyone planned to drive cars to your quest. We asked about the prepayment so that it would be returned to us, because in paragraph 2.6 it was stated that if you were under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you would not get the money back, and we were all sober. This was denied to us, proving the opposite. After that, we called the police squad (we asked them to bring a breathalyzer, but they didn't take it). While we were waiting for the police, we wrote a complaint to the book of complaints and suggestions. After the police arrived, having heard the essence of the conflict, we were advised to go to the police and write a statement about the fraud of this company, which we did. After I had already written a statement and was in the police station at the time, the company nevertheless agreed to refund the money. Question, if your administrator Kirill was so sure that we were in such a state, why did you subsequently depart from your "internal regulations"? We were already at the police station at that time and would have been examined and solved everything through the police department. The statement is also sent to the police, but with a signature on the refund of funds. To be honest, I think it's unfair that your company got off so easily, and I would like a more thorough investigation into this case. The mood is ruined, 3 hours have been wasted. Here is such a quest. By the way, there was no apology or admission of his mistake from the administrator Kirill. Also, it seemed that they weren't expecting us and wanted to get out of it.
