While we were on vacation, two traditional, unusual weddings took place at the hotel, it was very interesting to observe and get to know the local traditions better☺ And most importantly, the staff, the sweetest, smiling people who constantly tried to make our vacation even better and more comfortable! The wonderful Sanjaya met us at the hotel, he made our stay enjoyable, supported us in everything and communicated with us every day! He is a great professional and a wonderful person! Dehemi, also a lovely and friendly girl, is his colleague who helped us and guided us around the hotel! They've been in touch with us all day! I also want to mention the guys who served us. Cinnamon Bentota Beach 5* Hotel is a solid top five! It's been a long time since we've had a vacation in a hotel by the ocean, where almost everything is perfect! The four of us stayed in Cinnamon in two rooms (parents and adult children are also a married couple) in early March 2025. We would especially like to thank the very good management, excellent cuisine of two types: European and Asian, comfortable large rooms, daily cleaning and compliments from the hotel in the form of capsule Espresso coffee, snacks of biscuits, fruits and nuts, as well as replenishing the supply of water and coffee capsules, very friendly staff, always ready to help, and even branded gifts from the management on the last evening before departure - all this is incredibly pleasant! We already stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, when it was still 4*. And then we liked it too. Now the hotel has become a 5* level. Of course, the prices are not low. And we initially booked and paid for accommodation with breakfast only, hoping to get out of the hotel to the Bentota village at least for dinner. But in fact, they ate only in the hotel itself. Everything is very convenient, delicious and caring! A couple of times we still went out for dinner - there are a couple of restaurants nearby, where it's not bad either. But the Cinnamon Hotel itself is still much better! Besides, it was humid and stuffy outside in the evenings. And the hotel itself is just an oasis of amenities and easier to relax in every way. The staff is friendly, everyone greets the guests - from cleaners and repairmen to managers. Several times a day, the staff asks if everything is convenient for us and how they can help. This undoubtedly makes your vacation more enjoyable and memorable. About our vacation at Cinnamon Bentota Beach 5*, we had the most unforgettable impressions: undoubtedly, this is a luxury hotel and the best in Bentota! We will try to come back here for a rest again!
