A real find in Hoi An! The restaurant has "Modern Vietnamese cuisine," as it says on their website. And this modern kitchen is great! Delicious cocktails, appetizers, main courses and desserts! Ordered: - Tiger Prawn, Bahn Mi, Prawn Head Butter. - Duck Terrine, Bun Cha Gel, Candied Orange Sesame Crackers. - Pork Belly, Roasted Eggplant Puree, Tamarind Chilli Sauce (that's something! Very well cooked pork belly. I ate it all together with the crispy skin). - An Bang Jumbo Prawns, Lemongrass and Chilli Butter Sauce (delicious shrimp, a royal dish!) - Dessert: Set Fresh Coconut Milk, Mango Sorbet, Coconut (very tasty and beautifully served).
