Only OVIR employees went from cubicles to cubicles with tea bags and cookies to each other. After 15 minutes, I started asking the workers why they couldn't serve me, to which I never received a clear answer. After 20 minutes, I went to the head of the Moscow district, who was also not in place. It seemed that all the employees were having tea together. After 35 minutes, my turn came up, considering that there was no one in front of me at all! When asked why I was not served, I received a rude answer that the employee alone works for the entire Moscow district. I was sent to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide a book of feedback and suggestions. The employee refused to give her first and last name, which was already in violation of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus. After I introduced myself, Valeria Yurievna Trafimovich could not find my passport to hand over. Да, согласна с большинством: информации толковой нет совсем.
Делюсь тем, что узнала в ходе подачи документов и замены паспорта на ID карту в связи со сменой фамилии.
Берете с собой: ПАСПОРТ, СВИДЕТЕЛЬСТВО О БРАКЕ И ЛИСТОК ПРИБЫТИЯ И УБЫТИЯ.
Листок прибытия и убытия печатаете в 10м окне. Просто нужно выбрать пункт «платные услуги». Стоит 5 руб. После эти листы нужно заверить в ЖЭСе у паспортистов (не знаю, как с кооперативными домами).
Оплатить по ЕРИП и смело идти подаваться.
Оплату они видят, квитанцию можно не печатать и ксерокопии никакие не нужны.
Работники все разные. Приятная дама во втором окне оставила приятное впечатление, но вот молодая девушка в 1м окне… очень неприятная особа. На вопросы отвечает после тяжелого долгого вздоха и взгляда из подо лба.
Ставлю 2 звезды, что не пришлось долго ждать в очереди на подачу. Но общее впечатление о работниках и отсутствия информации - обесценивают удобство быстрой подачи.

Отвратительное отношение сотрудников, 3 дня пытались дозвониться по поводу паспорта. Один раз подняли и сбросили. Второй раз «хамоватая особа», подняла и сказала что я не буду искать ничего! Я позвонила еще раз, третий раз я разговариваю с ними. Спустя огромное количество не дозвонов. Они соизволили поднять трубку и я уже устроила скандал, по какой причине они отказываются искать мой паспорт, девушка не назвала не представилась даже! (Я почему должна слушать хамство? За то что они не хотят выполнять свою работу?) Пока девушка искала мне паспорт, очень сумбурно обсуждала как я хамка, что заставляю делать ее работу. Что я должна стоять в очереди со всеми, а не звонить по телефону! Если бы она представилась, я бы написала все возможные жалобы на хамство сотрудников!
Хотела бы дополнить отзыв, были следующие попытки дозвонов, дозвонились сказали паспорта нет, в тот же день через минут 30, лично приехала, просидела 3 часа в очереди, и какое то чудо паспорт оказывается как три дня уже лежит, а по телефону говорят что нет!

Простояла в очереди два с половиной часа, чтобы получить паспорт за две минуты. Номера талончиков идут вразнобой, поэтому не понятно, сколько перед тобой человек. Помещение полностью набито людьми, все стоят, сидячих мест очень мало. Все операции и все три района (Московский, Ленинский и Брестский), всё в одном месте. Ужасная организация.
Это просто издевательство над людьми.

Хочешь испортить себе настроение-сходи за паспортом. 2,5 часа ожидания и не дождаться своей очереди. Талон висит в режиме ожидания час и потом узнаёшь, что вместо того , чтобы вызвать по талону, организовалась живая очередь. Поэтому меня никто не вызывает. Но никто не отдаст паспорт-закончился рабочий день.

Пришло время поменять документы. Зашла на сайт посмотреть какие нужны для этого документы. Подготовила. Пришла сдавать, а надо оказывается совсем другие. Информация на сайте организации устаревшая. Деньги на фотографии зря потратила, а фотографироваться нужно по месту, где фото получаются не хорошие, освещение плохое, я ещё и не накрашенная пришла. Расстроилась, что в документе будет плохая фотография. Но есть один плюс, за него и звезда. Девушка, которая принимала документы была приветливой, что в нашем менталитете необычно.

Кому нужно снятся с консульского учета, то вам нужно на 2 этаж в 9 окно. Чтоб взять талон нет такой услуги. Нужно брать услугу «паспорт PP” ,просидела где-то час хотя было 2 человека впереди, один из них спросить.
Хорошо, что хоть в окне можно спросить что нужно для снятия с учёта (1. ксерокопию паспорта где фото и где печать о постановке на консульский учёт, 2. Оплата пошлины 0,5 базовой 3. заявление заполняется на месте). Оплата пошлины за несовершеннолетних детей тоже, что странно, хотя заявление одно на двоих.
Ну вроди все чисто и по электронной очереди но по ощущениям долго как-то и сотрудник какой-то надменный и с высока смотрит на всех.
Приходила в субботу с утра на регистрацию по месту жительства и на паспорт, очень мало людей. Все сделали быстро. Женщина дала бланк которого у нас не хватало, подождала пока заполнили, все объяснила. Все понравилось.

Пришла за паспортом в московский район просидела 1час.10мин и не получила паспорт так как закончился рабочий день, многие так и ушли, потому что промолчал, а я потребовала жалобную книгу и мне сказали, что мне выдадут паспорт, представляете. Да девушки работали как могли, но я не понимаю почему терминал выдаёт талоны и никто не предупреждает, что не успеете получить. Я конечно наслушаламь, что нужно было подождать ещё чуть чуть и вам бы выдали, и что нужно приходить ещё раньше было, вообщем я осталась виновата, но не поняла в чем. Пришла как порядочный гражданин, честно ждала очереди. А указателя, где находится жалобная книга я тоже не нашла. Бардак.

Везде информация, что ближайшее машинописном бюро в ТЦ экватор, хотя есть в 4 раза ближе за остановкой технический университет на 2м этаже. В туалете нет туалетной бумаги. Вытирайся хоть паспортом.

Пришла забрать паспорт. Номера вызывают не по очереди. Кто-то с того же района на получение паспорта проходит за 15 минут, а кто-то ждёт. Спустя 2,5 часа настал обед и людей просто выгнали на улицу. Сотрудники на все вопросы отвечают, что не могут ничем помочь.
