We stayed at this hotel at the end of August 2025. The location of the hotel is not on the first line(although you might think differently for the price of a vacation)) , you need to walk 7-10 minutes on foot. The street is quiet and peaceful, which is a big plus. The beach from the hotel is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. The beach is clean, which is amazing, as there are none! We didn't find the trash all week. We had to take everything with us to the nearest trash bin by the road... such a pleasure! The hotel itself is 5+ clean. The room was cleaned daily. The smell of sewage was a little annoying when you wash in the shower. The clothes dryer was on the balcony, nailed to the wall, and on the side of the balcony where there is no sun all day.🙈🥺 Everything is fine with nutrition-we were fed a variety of food every day and everything was delicious. They promised to treat you to homemade wine for dinner… Complete disappointment: unfortunately, it is impossible to drink it. Everyone who took a couple of glasses of different whites - all of them had these glasses on the tables untouched!!! Not much of a treat, of course… As for me, the cost of staying at this hotel is unreasonably high for Gagra.

We stayed at the hotel in September 2025. The hotel staff is polite and friendly. The food is very tasty and varied. To the sea 7-10 min. There are always free deck chairs and umbrellas. The rooftop pool is wonderful, special thanks to the person who maintains it. There is a generator in case of a blackout. The rooms are clean and spacious, cleaned daily. The wish is to provide towels for the beach. Thanks to all the staff for a good rest.

We have been coming here for the second year . They were in 2023 and in October 2024. As usual : everything is at the highest level . The rooms are cleaned every day, the pool and sauna complement your vacation perfectly, and there is always a buffet breakfast. Convenient location of the hotel , private Parking, 4 minutes to the sea. Compared to many hotels in Abkhazia, I consider citrus the best. Thank you for extending the summer from St. Petersburg. Addendum to the October 2025 review. We have been coming to the hotel for the third year. We stayed for 3 nights. I felt so sad that so much had changed for the worse. The cleaning became of average quality + the door was not closed during cleaning and a bunch of marble bugs were released into the room, which were caught before going to bed for a long time. The plumbing is all leaking, of an obscene kind. The ceiling above the bed began to peel off and crumble right onto the pillow . The man who closes the floor with the spa area, very dissatisfied with tourists and apparently with life, scolded us for a bottle of rum that he had not bought at their hotel, despite the fact that they even agreed with the administrator on a cork fee (which had never happened before!). The pool is dirty, and something white is floating. But, what can not be taken away - the pool temperature of 32 degrees can not but rejoice. The breakfasts are good, especially for such a small price.
