We stayed at this hotel at the end of August 2025. The location of the hotel is not on the first line(although you might think differently for the price of a vacation)) , you need to walk 7-10 minutes on foot. The street is quiet and peaceful, which is a big plus. The beach from the hotel is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. The beach is clean, which is amazing, as there are none! We didn't find the trash all week. We had to take everything with us to the nearest trash bin by the road... such a pleasure! The hotel itself is 5+ clean. The room was cleaned daily. The smell of sewage was a little annoying when you wash in the shower. The clothes dryer was on the balcony, nailed to the wall, and on the side of the balcony where there is no sun all day.🙈🥺 Everything is fine with nutrition-we were fed a variety of food every day and everything was delicious. They promised to treat you to homemade wine for dinner… Complete disappointment: unfortunately, it is impossible to drink it. Everyone who took a couple of glasses of different whites - all of them had these glasses on the tables untouched!!! Not much of a treat, of course… As for me, the cost of staying at this hotel is unreasonably high for Gagra.

An interesting hotel, quite a good location in relation to the sea,. The rooms are spacious and clean. As for food, it meets any gastronomic needs, from fish to all kinds of meat dishes! The only thing is, everything is hot at the beginning, but it's worth staying for an hour and everything is cold, although there are heated containers (whoever plugged into the outlet). It's also a quiet and peaceful family-friendly hotel with a wonderful rooftop pool, sauna and bar!

I definitely give you five stars! We had a vacation with our daughter in July 2025. Comfortable rooms, tea, coffee, sugar, bed linen change in 3 days. Large bathroom and shower cabin. Bathrobes are provided. Change of towels every day. Special thanks to the chefs for the buffet. The breakfasts and dinners (included in the price) are varied and very tasty. If desired, you can order lunch. There was wine for dinner. On the 6th floor there is a sauna, a bar, a swimming pool, a relaxation area with sun beds and a magnificent view of the mountains and the sea. Very friendly staff, especially I would like to mention the reception staff. The beach is 5 minutes away, and the hotel offers free sun beds. There are cafes, bars, and restaurants on the shore. There will be an opportunity to come again. I advise you to come to the CITRUS hotel and you won't regret it!
