The hotel is very conveniently located:There is a supermarket across the street, a fruit market and a fish market nearby. But if you're too lazy to take a walk, you can take a tuk tuk. There are cafes for every taste and tour desks within walking distance. I recommend taking excursions from Ivan (to the left of the hotel across the street), he speaks excellent Russian and has well-organized excursions. Dollars can also be exchanged for rupees, the exchange rate is good, even better than at the airport. You can go shopping in Gala. We went by tuk tuk with Misha, he's standing at the hotel (his tuk tuk number is in the photo) . The youngest of all the tookers here, who hang out at the hotel and don't charge much. He took us there, waited, and brought us back. Oh, he also brought it to the port, and we went for a walk there. It was the best vacation in Sri Lanka.‑Lanka! Citrus Hikkaduwa captivated at first sight: the cozy courtyard, the rustle of palm trees, the smell of the ocean. We had a great vacation in Sri Lanka in April 2025, this is our first experience of traveling to Asia. The room was spacious, cleaning was carried out regularly, meals were provided by HB - delicious, varied food, juices. The fruits were watermelons, papaya, guava and bananas every day in the morning and evening, delicious desserts, there is a choice of side dishes and hot dishes, I can not say that everything is spicy, you can find it for every taste) The hotel staff are friendly, help with any questions, they love our chocolate Alyonka (note to new guests))) The beach opposite the hotel is not suitable for swimming (dead reef), but there is a public beach near the hotel where you can meet turtles and swim with them. I liked the Garlic cafe in front of the hotel, delicious food, fast service and normal prices, there is no additional cost for service.

The only thing is that the elastic band of the shower door did not fit snugly in two places, so a puddle would periodically flow after bathing, but I just ignored this fact, it leaked over time, for this minus, but not at all critical. The territory is small, but there were always enough sun beds during the day to rest, wait out the heat, plus regular guests in the form of monitor lizards, geckos, palm squirrels and all sorts of birds (and flying foxes?) they didn't let me get bored)) The hotel overlooks the main street, shops, restaurants are all nearby. Hello everyone. We rested with my wife at this hotel in October 2023. The hotel is located on the first line, great view. We checked in within an hour and were given a room on the third floor with an ocean view. We took breakfasts and dinners, went to local cafes for lunch. Service for 4 points, room cleaning was done every other day, with a change of bed linen. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, safe, kettle: also free tea, coffee, cream, two bottles of water 0.5 each. The staff is responsive (there is a knowledge of Russian). In the evenings, the music program, karaoke, the performance of local musical groups, the locals held a wedding in our hotel was very colorful and noisy. I recommend a great hotel!!!

We had a rest for the New Year 2024. We arrived at the hotel on 23.12 and until 04.01. The hotel itself is nice, clean, beautiful! Beautiful swimming pool, well-maintained territory. Every day, high-quality cleaning, replacement of linen and towels at the request of vacationers. I took off the star for the food. We had breakfast, very little choice, not tasty. The restaurant's menu provides "A la carte" service and there is quite tasty food and excellent service. A good bar, delicious cocktails, competitive prices along the coast. There is a karaoke bar! A clean, cozy hotel, on the ocean, the staff is friendly, helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The territory of the hotel is small.In the courtyard there is a swimming pool with an ocean view, sun beds, towels are provided for them. The food is varied, meat, seafood, potatoes, rice, fish almost every day. In the evenings, live music was played, the DJ played one evening, there was karaoke. The only downside is that I had to go to the beach to swim, as there is a dead reef and strong waves in front of the hotel.

The best hotel. ❤️❤️❤️ The ocean view from the hotel is gorgeous. Since there are reefs in the water opposite the hotel, no one swam in front of the hotel, there were no screams of children, nor a large crowd of people in front of your eyes when you lie on a chaise longue and admire the ocean.
