We were in July in room 4, there was no water, the refrigerator did not work. There is noise outside the window. At the reception, everyone is always confused and stupid. I don't know where such reviews and ratings come from. Bad reviews with a bad rating are not published.

We stayed for 1 night, booked 2 standard rooms. Having traveled through 4 regions of Belarus and spent the night in regional centers in rather expensive hotels, nothing was expected from this hotel. Well, we thought we'd spend one night somehow. But! It turned out to be the best hotel in Belarus during our entire trip. For absolutely ridiculous money, we got comfortable rooms with everything we needed. The staff made an impression of native people. It's like they've been waiting for us all our lives. I liked the food in the cafe, it was delicious, fast, the prices were normal, there were no places, however (Saturday evening), they brought everything to the room. There is a cooler, tea utensils in the rooms are also available. The girls at the reception are ready to make coffee, you can buy some souvenirs. Breakfast is normal, you choose the main course and tea or coffee, the rest is the same for everyone: yogurt, juice, 2 sandwiches. It is clear that everything is quite simple and without frills, but for this money, everything is just 5+++. Yes, we admit that this is not a center, but we were in the car, there were no problems. If we ever go to Gomel, then only there.

We stay in this hotel for the second time and always remain satisfied. The staff is polite, good-natured. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean and warm and cozy.There are disposable slippers and disposable personal hygiene items in the room for each guest.We were very pleasantly surprised when we rented a room for 2 days and our room was cleaned the next day, towels were changed. Not every hotel has such a service. The level of the City Hotel is at the highest level!!!We will stay here all the time!!!I recommend this small cozy hotel

The hotel staff is very attentive towards our guests.This is my third time staying at a hotel and I always feel at home. Even in our difficult time for relatives, the hotel staff did everything to support my husband and me, and left another room on the ground floor for my relative discharged from the medical center. Cleanliness, coziness, comfort, everything is worthy of respect.. I would like to mention the work of the cafe at the hotel. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here every day. There was simply no need to look for the best.Attentive waiters always came to meet us on the choice of breakfast. A decent HOTEL to spend the night and relax from a car move, there is everything you need, towels, shampoo, gel, a comfortable bed, clean linen, a small refrigerator that may not work much, but it is quite realistic to cool down, the presence of a split is very important! The breakfasts are regular, you can have breakfast in the shopping center at 10 min walk!

The rooms are normal, clean, but there is a remedy for cockroaches, plus noisy music from the cafe prevents sleep, there are no kettles, a boiler on the floor, breakfasts are bad (1/3 of the breakfast menu is not there, or over), not tasty, the location is so-so far from the center, parking is convenient.

A great hotel for reasonable money! Polite staff, room cleaning on time, excellent cafe with excellent cuisine. I have always advised my partners to stay in the City if they are going to Gomel (it is not a shame to accommodate foreigners). I've stayed with them many times myself. The hotel is 3 stars, but for me it is 5 stars! I advise you!
