A rude cleaner hissed at a 2-year-old child, "go to **** here, you can see that it's washed." Apparently, our money is for repairs, but not for adequate staff. For some reason, adults are treated, although the polyclinic is for children. In front of me, a boy of about eight years old and his dad, apparently also a boy of about forty, took turns treating teeth. The child liked the doctor, everything was cozy, neat, they talked calmly with the child, there was a TV in front of the chair, they showed a cartoon about a dentist. It was just an inspection, but so far the impressions are mostly positive. We will have treatment, then we will see. Please talk to the junior staff and ask the smoking doctors to at least put on jackets outside, one doctor's robe stank just terrible (tobacco smoke).
