The REGISTRAR is sent to the site, then why the registrar????!!!!!for example, my father does not have a modern phone, and this application, what should he do????

Secondly, to approve once and for all 1 the only method of receiving citizen patients, every month they change the order of the coupons - you need to come to the beginning of the reception and if you got a post-day number, then you have to wait 2 hours and this with a pandemic you have to stick in the polyclinic for 2 hours in line, then the nurse forms the queue herself and skips, and there were 3 more methods for 3 trimesters of pregnancy ... further, nurses behave above doctors, doctors impose paid services on therapists, and narrow specialists provide their expensive services in particular to the clinic, you can't get anywhere on insurance forever there are no contracts. The substitute doctors are aggressive and they don't care what happens to the patient who applied. Well, genicology is a separate case - ordinary people who are not pregnant do not get to the reception at all, the queues are clogged for a month ahead.
