On the eve of the day of the medical worker, I would like to thank the doctors with a capital letter, who put their whole soul and strength into our health. It just so happened that if the patient recovered or the operation was successful, then everything is in order, as it should be. People rarely thank you for that. But if something is wrong, some kind of complication with a seriously ill person, the doctors are to blame, and you must definitely write a complaint about them… I want to thank the doctors of the 4th mountain hospital, who restored the health of my husband, Sergei Vladimirovich Merkulyev. After surgery on 07.03.2018 to replace his right hip joint, he developed a purulent complication: sepsis, osteomyelitis. Repeated surgery in July 2018 on the same joint was useless and only took away strength and health. After repeated surgery on the right hip joint, osteomyelitis and fistula developed again. The leg festered until January 2019, when my husband received a quota for treatment in the purulent surgery department. The head of the department, Gaisin Raphael Rafikovich, performed a complex but successful operation, competently selected a course of antibacterial therapy, which led to victory over a purulent infection. My husband recovered quickly after the operation. On 05/03/2019, in the same hospital, in the second orthosurgical department of S.V. Merkulyev, an operation was performed to replace the left hip joint. I would like to especially mention the staff of this department. The head of the department, Nuraliev Baurzhan Bazarkeldievich, who performs several complex operations every day, manages to make rounds of patients on time every day, monitor all the work of the department. He treats each patient carefully, with a soul. The attending physician, Muratbek Yerzhan Sabitovich treats patients with attention, repeatedly monitoring their condition throughout the day, which allows avoiding postoperative complications. Patients also speak with gratitude about other doctors of this department. The senior nurse of the department, Rosa Makhmutovna Kurbatova, superbly organized the work of the secondary and junior medical staff. On any shift, around the clock, the patients of the department do not remain for a minute without the supervision of experienced nurses. All procedures, injections, bandages are performed punctually on time, any request and challenge are not ignored. The department is always clean. The kitchen works great. In general, everything is aimed at the speedy recovery of patients.
