The registrar herself went to the doctor, issued a card, brought it to the doctor, returned and said to the queue, they say, let grandma through. She told us who we would follow. As a result, we were called. I went with my mom, she can't hear well. The doctor is very friendly. She began to calm her mother down. I haven't heard so many pleasant sweet words for a long time. The tooth was removed without any problems. They explained how we should proceed, what measures to take. And in which case you need to contact them.. I have not seen such a sensitive attitude for a long time, starting from the registry and ending with a doctor, even in a paid one. At 15.30 we were at home. Unfortunately, I do not know the surnames of these excellent workers. I ask the management of the polyclinic to declare gratitude with entry in the personal file. (If this is still practiced). My appeal to the surgeon Khainovsky turned into a repeat operation in a private clinic and long-term treatment and recovery. Khainovsky damaged his jaw during tooth extraction, did not remove bone fragments, did not remove one root, did not sew up the torn gum. When I came to him on the fourth day complaining of severe pain, the pills helped for a maximum of an hour or two, I did not sleep for 2 nights, this so-called doctor suggested that I come in two days. When I asked to take a picture, since it is abnormal that the pain did not decrease every day, but only intensified, he refused. Fortunately, they were admitted to a private clinic, the fragments were removed, the remaining root was hardly removed, since the bone was broken in this place, several stitches were applied to the gum. I'm already silent about the cost of work(. I do not advise anyone who takes care of their health to get to this surgeon.

It is open until 20.00. But I always wonder: why are so many shops, supermarkets and other new buildings being built, but polyclinics in old houses? The same can be said about pediatric dentistry. Well, I omitted this point and would have bought a mask, but gloves to a doctor in a free city dentistry... Then they added to me that I can buy all this at the pharmacy without waiting and I have to make it before 19 00. I went to the pharmacy and there the mask costs 1.39 although I buy at other pharmacies for 0.22 kopecks and for one pair of gloves I have to pay 2.90 kopecks. I have a question for what we pay income if we go to a free clinic for acute pain, I have to pay 4.29 kopecks. Of course, many people will say, but for me this is money and I don't understand why I, who pay income taxes, also have to pay for improvised funds.

I came to the dentist on Friday (07/23/2021) in the evening after work with acute pain. They were sent to the doctor on duty (Rudko Maria Alexandrovna). She, in turn, looked at the picture and said that the tooth was healthy, it needed to be treated. I asked to be anesthetized because it hurt a lot. The surgeon first pricked the wrong gum. Then I eventually anesthetized half of my face altogether. The doctor put the medicine in half a minute and told me to come on August 4th. The medicine fell out that evening. I came back on Saturday. The doctor on duty said that they hadn't even cleaned my channels. I redid everything and sent it home too. A couple of hours later, my gum swelled up. But.... I was already out of town. I've been in terrible, unbearable pain all weekend!!!!!! I took a bunch of pills !!!!! On Monday, after work, I came back , and they told me that the tooth should be removed !!!!!! It's interesting to me: on Friday the tooth was healthy, the nerve just got inflamed, and on Monday that's it. It is not subject to treatment!!!! Dear doctors!!!!!! If we go to a free clinic , then are we not people? Why is this attitude? Complete indifference ! It's just terrible that people are treated like expendable! The doctor didn't even apologize! I do not know what will happen next to my gum, which is now torn to the floor of my mouth. But I don't even want to go to this institution!!!!!! It's a shame that people who swear an oath to Hippocrates behave in a completely inappropriate way.
