Pros : neat, beautiful rooms, Wi-Fi TV, coffee, tea, sugar + electric kettle (not all hotels allow) + a spoon (not all hotels have it), relatively inexpensive rooms.
Minuses : there is no safe, breakfast is not a big choice, the menu does not fit, plastic hangs terribly from the ceiling in the shower, and the room is cleaned every 3 days if you stay for a long time.

Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are clean. The rooms have a minimal set of everything you need. A good, delicious breakfast. Very quiet location. There is no cafe or restaurant at the hotel, but there are a lot of them around it. In general, it will stay for a couple of nights, more than good.

The hotel is very conveniently located. On the next street, passing by the Israeli Embassy, you will get to Shota Rustaveli Street. There are many buses to anywhere in the city and the metro. The hotel itself is not big. We got a room on the 1st floor with a window to the courtyard and a utility room. It's not very convenient. It was dark and the noisy conversations of the staff were a little disturbing. The audibility from the corridor is very high. But it wasn't often. Everything in the room is as in the picture. We have a superior 2-bed room with one bed. In general, it is nice and cozy. The bed is very hard. This is for an amateur. My husband liked it, but my sides hurt for 2 days while I got used to it.The towels are snow-white, however, as are the bed linen. There is soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes with toothpaste. Room cleaning on request. There was a slight smell in the bathroom, but the fan solved everything. They took out the garbage themselves. There are tanks in the courtyard. The courtyard is beautiful by the way. There is breakfast, but we like to sleep and did not have time from 8 to 11. The administrators are polite and answered all questions. I can't say anything bad in 9 days. They paid for their accommodation in dollars , some in soums. At a budget price. I highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived on 04/17/2025 and immediately checked into the hotel. The administrator was very nice and kind, and we left on 04/19/2025. After visiting Samarkand, we returned on 04/21/2025. The administrator who received us was very tactful, and a very rude administrator came in the afternoon. Who did not provide us with an early check-out breakfast. He replied that we had tea yesterday during breakfast, which we weren't supposed to because we arrived at the hotel early. In the end, we went to the airport hungry. They lived from June 10 to June 14, 2024. Nice hotel. Clean. The breakfasts are hearty, the choice is not great, but delicious. The staff is friendly and friendly. A great, cozy and quiet hotel in the center of the area. Close to the airport, 2 metro stops, many cafes nearby, a park, shops. The room is clean and tidy. Great breakfasts! The staff is polite. Minus- I had to wait 2 hours for check-in. The room was not ready on time. I recommend the hotel!

We lived here for 2 days in June 2024. But the photos of the room look better than they actually are. Worn furniture, stains on the wall and carpet. The air conditioner is inconveniently located right above the headboard of one of the beds. The kettle didn't work, there were no appliances in the room, but they immediately replaced it and brought everything they asked for. The room was on the 3rd floor, and you had to go down to the 2nd floor to get water for tea, which is quite inconvenient. I also didn't like that bags of garbage from neighboring rooms were lying in the corridor all the time: from one room, then from another - somehow we got to the cleaning time all the time? It's not very clear. Accommodation was taken with breakfast - it will go for three. But the staff is helpful and polite

I really liked the hotel. Large and comfortable rooms, beautiful beds, kettle, dishes - everything is there! The breakfasts are not bad, there is natural coffee, which is rare for Uzbekistan. A quiet neighborhood, but there are many catering establishments of different levels nearby, and the Mirabad market is relatively close. Polite staff.

A nice hotel.
Clean linen and soft towels.
Soap, gel, shampoo, toothbrushes and paste, even slippers were one-time.
The mattresses and pillows are nice.
We are freezing and a little bit frozen at night at +21 in the room, the air conditioner did not work for heating. Although in the next room they were dying from the heat at +25. All people are different.
I did not have enough cleanliness of the carpet in the room, and the shower was slightly leaking.
We asked for a step-stand for the child so that it would be convenient to wash the handles. They gave us everything, thank you.
Breakfasts, of course, are so-so, but you can eat in a variety of ways.
In general, we were quite satisfied.

In the morning at 6.45 am, the workers began repairs. I woke up from the vibrations of the walls. I didn't get enough sleep.
Breakfast for 4. Bread is stale, sliced fish pie too (I didn't dare to eat it). The porridge is delicious, the watermelon is sweet, but the cucumbers have already wilted. It feels like yesterday's breakfast leftovers were put out today.

A wonderful place, I can only say the best words about it: clean, good linen, breakfast, water in coolers on each floor, kettle in the room, one-time tea and coffee. There is no oriental flavor in the hotel, if someone is looking for it, it is arranged according to the network type, but this does not prevent it from being cozy and comfortable. Excellent transport links to the main attractions of the city (buses). And the staff is very friendly.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, ready to help in everything. Everything is clean, the breakfasts are very good. I brought fish from Russia to my work colleagues. But there was no refrigerator in the room for her to finish until the evening! Of course, the guys at the reception helped! We put it in the shared refrigerator in the kitchen in the dining room, no problem. But nevertheless...it's unusual in the rooms, and even in Tashkent! without a small refrigerator.

A person gets used to everything :) you can sleep, have a snack for breakfast too, when you learn how to do it. Frankly, it's a little sad when compared with decent online places. But the beds are quite comfortable, the staff tries to solve issues, geographically - a place of silence and near a prosperous center.
For two or three days of economical stay, it will do.

Good location -10-15 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to the railway station, the room is clean, Underfloor heating in the bathroom, there are disposable slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. There is a kettle in the room, a couple of tea and coffee bags, 2 bottles of water.
I stayed in two different rooms - the mattresses are hard (except for the ikea hard mattress) but I was OK.
I can't appreciate breakfast, because it starts on the 8th, and I had to leave at 7, the money for breakfast was not returned and they did not offer to solve this issue somehow

At the same time, the choice of dishes at breakfast is very meager. The saddest thing is that for three days our room has never been cleaned. They didn't even take out the garbage! In the room, one corner was beveled (less than 90 degrees), which makes it difficult to get to the bed. There was no refrigerator, which is extremely inconvenient in a hot climate.

Very friendly receptionist at the reception. I helped everything, explained, posted, offered all options, just a class) The room itself is clean, tidy, there is a kettle, tea, water!) A nice hallway and a nice quiet courtyard. A fairly budget hotel. My wife and I rented a room for two - it's literally a small room with a double bed and a shower, but if you plan to walk around the city, go on business and come just to sleep - then this is definitely the best choice. Great location, there are a lot of different places around, the city center is close. Quite good breakfasts, which are included in the price. Friendly staff.
One of the disadvantages is that the room is not cleaned if you hang a sign. Only if you ask for it at the reception and leave the keys.
