I was on a business trip. The hotel is small and tidy.
According to the surroundings, service, and layout of the rooms, it is clear that they want to comply with international standards.
The service is smooth, there are no complaints.
The location is convenient - everything is not too far away, there is an entrance for a taxi, a tram stop nearby, and there is a noticeable vibration through the building when these trams pass by.
There is a private courtyard with a smoking room, and a coffee machine with tolerable but expensive coffee in the hallway.
There is a cafe or restaurant in the hotel, but I don't know what is there, I didn't use it, but other guests went, there were family and with children.
There was no air conditioning in the room, there was a fan.
The prices are reasonable, without overkill. In general, a decent, calm hotel, average.

The suite has large, spacious rooms. For some reason, there is nowhere to hang outerwear at the entrance.
In the morning, the sound of tram wheels worries me. And why do they make them square?

The rooms are cozy, the bed is soft, the bed linen is clean, wet cleaning is done once a day. I lived in a single room, it was enough for me, there is a table and a TV that I never turned on. The bathroom is huge, there are always bathroom accessories. There is a laundry room for a separate cost, very humane. Breakfast is included in the price, the breakfast is hearty and varied. They offer a choice of any kind of porridge or scrambled eggs with sausage, yogurt, dessert, toast with butter, and tea or coffee from drinks are always on the table.

A mini-hotel with an extremely high rating, misleading. I made a mistake and stayed here in a "luxury" room with windows overlooking the parking lot. The windows do not have an airing mode - on the ground floor they have to be opened as doors for passers-by or sit in stuffiness. The curtains can't be opened, because people are constantly walking in the parking lot. The breakfast is surprisingly tasteless. There is a private sector in the area without a hint of shops or cafes. At the same time, the cost of living is at the level of central hotels. I highly recommend it.

I stopped by at 22:30, unfortunately the restaurant is not working, I could not eat, also in the room for 18,000 thousand there is not even water I had to buy at the reception for 400 awnings. Very clean. Everything is timely, the documents are perfect, the room is perfect. Not a speck, not a hair, not a speck of dust. The linen is clean, the bathrobes and towels are perfectly white and absorb all the water quickly. A noisy tram goes by to the center. It's convenient. Trams have their own unique mood.

Very clean. The staff is really friendly. We helped with the Beeline SIM card. Calling a taxi. Perfect (honestly!) cleanliness in the rooms. Towels were changed daily. Refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer - no questions asked. The breakfasts are good (and not only the breakfasts). The air conditioning in the room is clean (serviced). The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. There is a small market next to the hotel. So for business trips (as well as short-stop tourism) it is quite good. On a solid 4.

We arrived in the city with our family at night. We barely found a free hotel, fortunately it was the hotel City wanted, the administrator greeted us very kindly, picked up a single room for us, we were perfectly accommodated, since we were very hungry all night on the road, the administrator personally prepared food for us, allocated additional slippers. The hotel itself is very clean and beautiful, perfectly clean bed linen and towels! The next time we arrive in Oskemen, we will definitely stop here.
