Parking is difficult. We parked far away, it's not very convenient to walk with a sick person. We could not immediately find eye microsurgery, the map on the territory is not clear. But wherever we turned, everything was explained politely and clearly. My friend went to get an operation, I stayed waiting - they will put me down -they will not put me down. The guard, at first seemed very courteous, helps Everyone-explains. But then my grandfather comes in with a wand, accompanied by a courteous guard, and at first begins to DRIVE me away from my place, although the girl was sitting next to me, and then he began to KICK me out into the street. This is subject to availability. When I told him my age and told him about my sore joints and that I sat down, not to give in, I backed down, they say, I didn't say that and you misunderstood me.
Meanwhile, grandpa, ignoring all this fuss, walked past, straight to the doctor))

I would like to sincerely thank the ambulance crew and the intensive care doctors who provided professional help to my mother, she is 77 years old.
The department of interventional cardiology also has doctors and nurses, junior technical staff, very caring, doctor Aizhan Yerkenbekovna and Elmira Bagitzhanovna are just two smart girls! May Allah grant them blessings and good luck in everything.
But a separate topic: about the wards, everything is very scarce, the toilets are equipped as in the 90s, there are no dispensers, the patients themselves buy water, there are not enough ducks, strollers too, if there are old or broken ones, only 3 per department. It's stuffy in the wards, there are no screens on the windows, it's very hot during the day. The food is meager, it really hurts to look at those who do not have relatives. There is no TV in the compartment, the sofas are shabby. But doctors and medical staff work no matter what. They're great!

At the beginning of the year, my aunt was lying there with a compound fracture of her arm. My mother is lying there with thrombosis now. Thanks to the surgeons! The surgeon checks Mom every hour after surgery throughout the day. There are no complaints about the medical staff, only gratitude.
But there are questions for those who provide the conditions. It looks like a new hospital, but it's already so tired - the ceilings are stained yellow-brown, there are patches of coating on the floor. There is no feeling of a master's hand)
