I would like to express my gratitude to the 2nd city hospital, namely the Department of Cardiology and intensive care of this department. My mother, M. G. Kantarbayeva, was admitted to this hospital on 02/14/2025 in an unconscious state, the staff did everything at the highest level, it's obvious that they are professionals in their field, thank them very much for their work, I don't know some people visit this hospital, but I saw care there, a good attitude towards patients, efficiency, but this is my opinion. Special thanks to the intensive care unit. Thank you all very much, may Allah bless you and your loved ones!!!

I want to tell you a lot about this urban facility. Doctors and surgeons are not all praiseworthy, professionals with a capital letter. Young, promising, but middle and junior staff, this is a separate story. My dad had his leg amputated to the middle of the thigh in September of this year. He is an elderly man who has suffered a lot of all sorts of hardships in life, and if you are well over 70 years old, then the level of physical condition is in accordance with age, weakness and weakness. After the operation, Dad could not cope with the need for a large amount and repeatedly asked the staff to bring the boat or help get to the restroom. They came and went promising to return, but did not return. 8 days in such a deplorable state, until one of the visitors helped him and brought him, literally, to the restroom. He was discharged with bedsores, before that they put a catheter on and it leaked, although he complained. In general, it can take a long time to list all these unprofessional things. You can endlessly complain about a small salary, poor working conditions, but we consciously choose a profession, and the human factor cannot be excluded either. Yes, there are not enough hospitals, the wards are small, but we are still people, still intelligent beings. And if you chose the wrong profession, each of us has a choice.
