We bought winter shoes for my husband in this store in January of this year. He carried the shoes for about a month last season. This season, after the first socks, I found that the sole had burst on both shoes. The store refused to give us change or exchange. I think it's not customer-oriented! It is unlikely that we will buy anything from them anymore!
