Cons - empty walls, it looks like all the partitions of the building are assembled from a frame sheathed with drywall, the audibility is perfect. The furniture is extremely simple, made of chipboard with right angles, and is traumatic. The mattress, the blanket under the sheet, and the pillows are lumpy. With all the disadvantages, it is a well-maintained hotel, the staff works with what they have.

Our favorite place to stay! Clean, cozy, the location is the coolest in the center. The rooms are comfortable with a kitchen, 2-storey penthouses are the coolest feature in the hotel. They clean up, respond to requests and help with the solution. Lyazat is a very kind, sweet woman! People have been living there for months, and the prices are acceptable, and the atmosphere ..... in general, we will come ourselves more than once again, and we advise everyone we know!
