We had a family vacation of 2 adults + 2 children (9 and 16 years old) in mid-June 2024. In general, we liked the rest, but this hotel is too much for unassuming tourists. About everything in order: THE BEACH: be prepared that you can say there is no beach of your own. There are a few sunbeds near the shore with a neighboring hotel and a compact beach with a bar, shower and toilet a little higher up. A little to the right is a public beach, very good, gentle entrance, soft sand, and most importantly shallow! 200 meters of comfortable roughness on the neck, and somewhere even on the waist. The children were delighted! In the morning, the water is crystal clear, but by the evening, of course, it is no longer that clean. A lot of locals are resting, so there is a lot of garbage, husks from seeds, etc. FOOD: not bad, but after a week of course it gets boring. Once it was possible to visit a la carte on the 10th floor in a panoramic restaurant. The views from there are impressive. CLEANING: but this is a separate song. It seems to be there, but in fact they only take out the garbage. It is very rare to vacuum until you ask and they do not clean up. ANIMATION: there is almost no animation either, it is very weak here with this. On the plus side: there is an embankment where you can take a walk. There are a lot of shops around. Bottom line: the hotel is for those who do not like to sit only on the territory of the hotel (it is not here), it is dirty, it will not work with preschool children, there is no children's table at all. As it is, the hotel is not bad, the location is good, but of course we would not return a second time.

The hotel is well renovated, excellent rooms, there is a gym in the basement and a panoramic restaurant on the high floor. There is a forest near the hotel where you can walk. of the cons:
1) Food. At first glance, everything is not bad, but by day 7 it is already impossible to eat it, they do not know how to cook
2) The beach. The whole of Didim is limited to one beach, and in the sea in August, like herrings in a jar, the sea becomes dirty in the evening.

Everything is fine! The main thing is how you tune in! The food is varied. 4 types of fish (mackerel, cod, doroda, sea bass) of different cooking methods. All types of meat except pork (chicken, turkey, lamb, beef); stew, grilled, lula, etc. Side dishes for every taste. They even served artichokes! Oriental sweets, pancakes, buns))) Fruits are plentiful (watermelons, melons, grapes, pears, apples, nectarines). Is it surprising that someone writes about the scarcity of food?! The numbers correspond to the photos from the advertisement. Change of towels every 2 days, water daily! There is almost no territory, but there is a park and a beach nearby. The beach is clean, there is a bar with drinks. There are sometimes not enough sun beds. And it's October 1st)! Great hotel, great big rooms. Food is on the highest level. The territory is small, but it is enough to have a swimming pool where music is constantly playing, the animators are very kind and funny girls. Evening events are interesting. We did not regret that we came to Turkey here, the Aegean Sea is simply gorgeous. Special thanks to the bar for very tasty cocktails, good alcohol. I celebrated my birthday , I will remember this day of compliments and surprises forever, very nice people work in this hotel , I want to express special gratitude to the administrator of the Elvira hotel , a professional in his field is immediately visible , helped with all questions that arise , even provided medical assistance to my spouse . The hotel is modern , very stylish , the Ala Kart restaurant is a separate world with pleasant music and fantastic views of the sea and sunset , the food is something with something , I have never tasted so delicious in Turkey , the chefs have a separate respect 👍 the rooms are very stylish and cozy , the beach is not big , but the sea hides everything disadvantages, the animators in the hotels are very funny , always keeps everyone positive , a cozy pool bar with cocktails , there is also a bar with drinks and snacks on the beach , I spent a great 7 days and maybe I'll come back here again !!!

The hotel itself is nice, nice spacious room (I was lucky, they gave me a higher room and a sea view). They are fed to slaughter, many write that the food is so-so, but it is generally specific in Turkish hotels. Cleaning every day, there are no complaints in principle either. I was a little surprised by the lack of a blanket)) but I reported the problem and it was promptly resolved). There are two swimming pools on site: outdoor and indoor. There is a spa/massage. There are a huge number of bars/clubs (with Turkish music) /restaurants on the waterfront and in the city itself. There is no private territory as such, it is more of an urban type. The only thing that upset me was the beach, plastic sun beds, which are missing, and there are broken ones. The entrance to the water is rocky. In the sea, it is fenced with buoys, not very deep, in fact, a "frog house". As a result, I didn't spend a day on it, I chose other places, a little further from the hotel - on the club piers. And yes, it is not suitable for a hotel holiday, but it did not bother me much, since I like to go on excursions. But I put 4 for the beach, it needs to be worked on.

The hotel is not bad, but it is not 5* and there are tangible disadvantages. We went in October. The hotel was chosen for the honeymoon. There were 10 nights. We were greeted very well! We were given a room a little ahead of check-in time. The room turned out to be a wonderful 1203! With a sea view. The most important champagne and fruits were in the room. I am very pleased and very grateful to the hotel for such a wonderful meeting! Keep in mind that rooms with sea views also have a view of the pool. It's very noisy! A few days later, the unbearable smell of sewage appeared! And then again. The reception said that nothing could be done and for the last 2 days we lived in room 1306. It's also not bad, but without a view of the sea. Everything worked in both rooms. However, the cleaning in this hotel is also very lame. The floor is not washed at all! The towels were sometimes torn. The staff is friendly, only one girl at the reception speaks Russian. The food in the restaurant is good. We got tired of it in 10 days, but mostly everything is of high quality. A couple of times there were slightly sour
salads. The pool is nice and deep. In the evening, there is something like a disco, but in general there is no animation in the hotel. The beach is dead. It's dirty, the mattresses are just disgusting! It's squeamish to even touch them! Sun beds, often broken, umbrellas at chest height. For midgets! It will be inconvenient for a person of average height to climb under them. And there are a lot of flies on the beach and in the restaurant on the street! There are small shops near the hotel, there are no problems buying juice or ice cream. The town of Didim itself is very pleasant, it is developing as a resort and has a good infrastructure. We were at the Temple of Apollo, we highly recommend it. We won't come here anymore, but I can't say that the vacation was a success
Despite the nuances with sewage, flies, etc., we have pleasant memories. Thanks to the hotel and the staff! We really hope that the administration will take note of this information. And it will solve these problems.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days in July during the peak season. I am happy with my vacation. I'll tell you more about it now:
Check-in. I arrived at 11 a.m., I was immediately given a room, but after it turned out that there was a smell of sewage, it was promptly changed to me, without additional charges, for a larger room and a sea view. As a result, I left the e-mail sticks in the first room and found it only in the evening, I was upset because they are not on sale in Turkey, I went to the reception, the girls listened through an interpreter and took my contact to the whatsapp. I already thought about everything, but they texted me half an hour later and returned everything. I was very grateful. The rest of the days passed without incident.
Meal. The main restaurant. For breakfast there were porridges, omelets, greens, cheese sausage (it is not very good in Turkey), there was always watermelon. For lunch, they gave soups, meat, side dishes, greens, vegetables and fruits, very tasty beef and turkey, red fish is not very (((it should be cut into steaks, not into pieces at random (seafood is also not their strong point. I was in Alaska once. Dorado is lovely, vegetables, Turkish snacks and wine to choose from.
Beach. Its own with sun beds, mattresses and a bar. There are refreshing drinks and burgers at the bar after lunch. The girl from the bar is very polite. Entering the sea is not necessary, you need to walk 100 meters along the shore and you will be happy.
The room fully corresponds to the photo, I had a superior, very spacious and beautiful, lots of lights, a large bathroom and a balcony.
Cleaning. My room was cleaned after I clicked on the "remove room" button. They cleaned well, replaced the bed linen and towels, the room smelled nice and fresh.
In general, I recommend this hotel to you as a budget 5. The hotel is new and it hasn't been killed yet)

Hello! I was at the hotel on my own ( July 2024 ) I really liked the room , just a gorgeous view , you lie down from the bed and see the sea , it's something magical, waking up and you're the first to see this blue sea. I would like to mention the Spa staff ( Sofia, Hamit, Suat), they are just nice attentive kind employees , thank you very muchOn my birthday , they made so many surprises for me , not only in the Spa , but also in the room there were so many swans . It was very beautiful and pleasant.Thank you Very much to the head of Duygu , special thanks , I came to the room and saw such beauty from the restaurant ❤️🔥(a compliment from the hotel) ♥️. I liked everything very much.
At first, we were settled in a room on the 1st floor, the room is good, cleaned every day, a little dissatisfied with the fact that there is no view of the sea or the city / beach. After several attempts to move to a higher room, we were still given a room. The view is amazing, but it was cleaned much less often. During the three days of our stay, they came to us once, and then they did not put slippers on.
In general, the hotel is new, pleasant, everything is more or less thought out.
I also liked the following points:
Wi-Fi is free on site and on the beach.
The safes are also free.
After the eviction, no one restricts you in the passage to the restaurant, that is, you will not stay hungry after leaving

We had a rest in early October.
In general, it's not bad. Here, who is counting on what.
Positive :1. Modern and not yet killed.
2.Hammam, sauna, warm pool, gym, relaxation room.
3. The sea is close.
4.The Wi-fi is good.
5. Pine grove, beautiful views.
Minuses :
1. No cleaning. It's dirty. They'll come in, make the bed, take away the trash... That's all. And then if they come in)You'll have to run after them a little bit. (we didn't need more than that, but be prepared for it)
2. The staff, especially the reception, does not show any interest, as if they provided me with free accommodation. I stood there for a few minutes trying to explain that I needed a lunch box in the morning, as early check-out.
What a surprise it was that we tried to understand each other in English, and one of them seemed to freak out and started communicating in pure Russian and did what I needed.
There were no shampoos, gels, toothbrushes, etc., although it is strange that the hotel is 5 stars, but there are no basic things. And it didn't bother me, because everything was with me.
3. The beach:dirty, sometimes they demand money for a sunbed, sometimes not. There are not many people, the season is ending, we were looking for free sunbeds.
Sea : crystal clear in the morning, cloudy in the afternoon. But it's beautiful.
If you move away from the beach, which belongs to the hotel, it is much cleaner.
There is almost no animation. One girl for all) , messing with the children in the morning , playing music for adults in the evening.
The hotel is more for a family relaxing holiday.
The a la carte restaurant was closed on October 7.
If the hotel does not reconsider the concept, it will soon cease to be popular, as long as it is new - everything is OK.
I knew all the disadvantages, so this vacation did not overshadow me personally.

The best hotel in Didim. Fresh renovation, perfect condition of furniture, interior and rooms. Delicious and varied food. The beach is not far away, but it is difficult to swim in it - the stones at the entrance to the sea. We left things on the beach and went down to the sea from the Pier, which is next to the beach.

I was on vacation in October 2024.I arrived at Bodrum airport early in the morning.It took about 30 minutes until I passed through passport control and received my luggage...There was a transfer from the hotel to a cozy minivan. And I was alone.The driver quickly loaded my suitcase and we flew to meet my vacation. We drove along the serpentine in a little over an hour..There were practically no cars, it was 5.30 in the early morning. At 6.40 already at the hotel!.The fast driving was a little annoying, but everything went well!.The hotel impressed Didim with its height.Everything is beautiful and spacious inside! .I was met at the reception by a young man who did not understand Russian.But the translator helped to find a common language. Check-in to the room after 14 o'clock..but they will try to provide me with a number at 11-12 o'clock. Helped me connect to Wi-Fi:And everything is so polite and attentive! In the meantime, I can go to breakfast.It was already 7 a.m...Breakfast was starting...I left my luggage at the reception and changed my clothes at the SPA. The food, I want to say right away, is for every taste..Diverse !And, so, for breakfast and lunch and dinner , and there was also a snack...Before dinner..After breakfast, I went to look at the sea, and then just walked around the neighborhood..I returned back to the hotel after 11...I went to the reception, reminded myself of myself..They said there would be a room in 10 minutes...but 10 minutes turned into 30..But, finally, I was given a number !!! The young man who accompanied me and carried my suitcase, or rather rolled it, explained everything to me in detail, what and how in the room..Everything is very polite and attentive!!I'm sorry I didn't remember his name.although he introduced himself...The rooms are large and cozy.A full-length window. I chose a room with a sea view. You're lying on the bed, and the sea is in front of you!A very gorgeous view from the window both day and night!I also had a balcony.It was possible to dry wet clothes there. The bed is large and comfortable. The furniture is new .The lighting in the room is generally super. Make the light as convenient for you! The room was cleaned. Every day.But..Only the garbage was cleaned and towels were changed..If it was necessary to wash the floors or something else ..in this case, each room has a touch screen..and you just click on what you need...and they will do everything the next day.Very spacious bathroom and shower room!The safe is free, which is very wonderful!In general, the first impression of the hotel is very, very good!!!Then my vacation started!!! This is generally a separate story.I just went to get a relaxing massage.After working days, you need to relax.I was offered a complex that includes full body peeling, foam massage and relaxing massage...another face mask..I've been doing a professional massage therapist for 15 years.., it turns out, an osteopath! I found out later.. His name is Suat...But I don't know why ..it is necessary to write Suat..The young man does not know Russian well...only individual words..to study.But he unmistakably identified my sore spots !!! When I did a massage in a certain area of the body, did I say a problem or does it hurt? As a result, I underwent another 4-day medical professional full body massage! Honestly, I didn't believe that I could be helped! I have had problems with my spine since 2015...my back was constantly hurting...ivs and painkillers, only temporarily..And, lo and behold!!, thanks to Suatu, the back pain is gone...It doesn't hurt...Gradually , but it doesn't hurt..It's nothing anymore...I was constantly taking painkillers...nowhere without him...Suat is a master of his craft! Golden fingers, as he said...And it's true!!!Thank him very much!!! I got great pleasure and relaxation from his massage!!!Health in one word!!!!
My vacation is over. I liked everything in general. And I want to come back here again!

Just about the cons - this is the beach! And his staff, who spoil the overall impression of this wonderful hotel. So, there are not enough sun beds at all, an employee ( aged in a black T-shirt, instead of bringing us a sunbed ( they stood empty a little to the right with the signature City Point ) tried to sell us a sunbed with the inscription of the hotel, saying that here only for money, taking the sun beds we ourselves tried to drag them to "our the territory" , he yelled , but we were determined, we dragged him with a fight, while he sat down under an umbrella, which is not enough for vacationers! I would like to ask the hotel administration why do you pay money to negligent employees who undermine the reputation of your beautiful hotel? He's sitting there and selling your sunbeds!!!! The plastic tables were stacked , dirty and flooded, and they also had to be dragged by themselves. It is not surprising that people leave a towel on the sun beds early in the morning, risking being left without a beach holiday.
Another minus of ultra included here, of course, does not smell - a mini bar -1 bottle of water , no bottles and jars, no shower kits, no bathrobes, the sheet was wrinkled, no towels were reported. The bar has bottled beer, cola, white, gin , vodka, local wine, the choice is meager. The floors were not washed or vacuumed in the room for all 7 days, the garbage was sometimes taken out, gel and slippers were brought upon request, tea and coffee were replenished.
It is very scarce in the beach bar, Right with such abundance in the restaurant, they could at least somehow create a pleasant and delicious atmosphere by the sea. I think there were French fries and hamburgers, bottled beer and water.
I would like to write a separate post about the advantages, since there are many of them.
It didn't work out in a separate post, I'm writing a sequel:
Pros - spacious and cozy rooms, good comfortable beds, large closets, modern shower rooms, armchairs and a table, a refrigerator, a safe and wi-fi in the rooms, slippers, it's nice that there is a kettle and a tea set (you need to ask for replenishment)
There is plenty of food, a variety of dishes and meat, everything is very decent and for every taste, vegetables, snacks , fish , sweets. Seasonal fruits were a little lacking, but peaches and watermelons were occasionally available.
Entertainment and animation were also present, but the main focus was for the Turks.
I liked the hotel itself, it is large, modern and welcoming. The reception is always responsive , they always help and solve issues , they speak a little Russian.
The climate here is amazing, the sea is beautiful, there are places for walking, in general, if the budget of vouchers is low, then the rest is wonderful.

4. Entrance to the sea of stones (after 20 meters to the side there are already small pebbles and sand you can enter there)

In general, the sea compensates for the inconvenience, the beach certainly does not correspond to 5*!!!! I had to go into the sea from the pier of another beach. The territory of the hotel is a park area, there is no area for animation and concerts at all. the food in the restaurant corresponds to a good 4*, believe me, I have something to compare it with!!! There is no children's table at all! the advantage is the large rooms, but not for everyone!! there are no large shopping malls, textile centers in the city, and poor transport links! There are a lot of small 3* hotels along the coastline. In Didim, there are no Russian-speaking sellers anywhere, unlike Antalya, Kimera, Alanya. In general, it's a little difficult, but you can adapt))))))

Of the advantages of the hotel, only the rooms. They are really big, new and comfortable.
The food is disgusting, the meat is not edible. The beach is dirty, with broken sun beds and a lot of people. The beach is reminiscent of Anapa in high season. There is nowhere to walk in the evening, one central street (but completely uninteresting, with Chinese consumer goods) was vacationing in August 2024, the hotel and Didim are not recommended for rest.

были в этом отеле в конце мая 2023, отличный отель, новый и красивый ремонт, номера просторные.
персонал приветлив и дружелюбен, особенно понравилась рыженькая девочка бармен, не смотря на языковой барьер, проблем не возникало, и любые возникающие вопросы были решены.
еда всегда свежая и вкусная, алкоголь качественный и разнообразный !
(Начитались негативных отзывов, о том что наливают паленый алкоголь из непонятных бутылок - БРЕД)
