1. Make an appointment with a therapist.
2. Even though you have signed up, you will be standing in a live queue.
3. The therapist serves both adults and children mixed up, while very slowly. The doctor himself is typing letters, the computer freezes.
4. Then the therapist will send you to another nurse's office for a referral for tests (without them, a narrow specialist will not accept you). The nurse has a queue too. And if the nurse doesn't like you (they are generally the most important ones in the clinic), then you will go back to the therapist's office. And so on in a circle.
5. You will receive a referral for tests. The next day you go to take them. However, the staff is faster there, and the queue passes quickly, they take it to the last.
6. Make an appointment with the therapist again. Again, he and the nurse have queues to pick up the test results and take the referral to a specialist.
