Dr. Aksholpan has been very attentive, approachable and very supportive. She was always there to discuss any doubts or questions we had and helped us in the treatment of my father, Mr. Baldev Singh who unfortunately had a stroke on the 22nd of January and was immediately hospitalized under care of Dr Aksholpan.
Thank you again Dr. Aksholpan for being there, and doing everything you did. My father was really in good hands under your care and a very big thank to your team.

The receptionist is kind and responsive. But the doctors, I don't know about everything. But we came across a surgeon on duty on Wednesday or Thursday evening who refused an examination and appointment. Simply because the person is not a local (not a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan). And the other, a black man, was left in the corridor without examination, not to mention that the pregnant woman was sent to put an IV drip reluctantly in front of her eyes. It is possible to have a human attitude towards people. Doctors took an oath, no matter what nation. I think if you came to ask for help, then the doctor should provide it without sending it at night: it is not clear which area or call an ambulance. And whoever the person was, my friend or roommate or brother, but the next night he had a fever. And it doesn't matter how the temperature was raised. The main thing is that this person is already running on Thursday. And I'm still shocked that free doctors don't care about visitors.

Персонал больницы - трудяги молодцы. Все медработники в больнице отдаются работе на все 100%. Отношение ко мне , когда я попала туда на "Скорой" было такое : оперативно встретили, сразу подошли врач и медсестра, вобщем я попала в руки заботливых вниматливых людей- профи своего дела. И очень благодарна им . НО , ( очень жаль) оснащена больница скудновато: не хватает одноразового белья, не хватает кресел на колесах, медкушетки на колесах старые , медкровати старые, не хватает современного хорошего оборудования, помещения многие требуют ремонта , мегающие лампочки, или вообще темно, неудобные кресла перед кабинетами, вечно бегающие медработники из кабинета по больнице в поиске где сделать нужное обследование. КТ и МРТ мне предложили платно. Почему? Я же ЗАСТРАХОВАНА ! Ну вобщем недостаток бросается в глаза и бедные педработники стараются собой закрыть дыры. Доколе! Услышите ли вы наш голос вопиющий и вопрошающий те, от кого зависит срстояние больниц и поликлиник?! А врачи и все медработники - Рахмет вам! Благодарность и низкий поклон! И ещё зарплату вам побольше! От всего моего сердца!
