Complaints About CityVize Consultancy and Request for a Refund I paid a total of 596 euros to get consulting services for American, UK and Schengen visas through the CityVize Consulting firm. Until the paying process, the company was contacted insistently, constant reminders were made to me. But after receiving the pay, the communication changed completely; there were late and inadequate responses to the messages, I did not receive clear, explanatory and guiding answers to my questions. Even my basic questions about the visa process, such as “how will we move forward, at what stage are we, why is it delayed,” were not given a satisfactory explanation. The lack of interest, follow-up and professional support was clearly felt throughout the process. At the end of this process: * The American visa was refused * Schengen visa was refused • For the UK visa, the application has not even been made yet Although no action was taken specifically for the UK application, a fee was also charged for this service and has not been refunded. Although payment has been paid; * The expected consulting service has not been provided, • The process was not carried out transparently, * Responsibility is not assumed for applications that cannot be received results. For these reasons, I request that the entire 596 euros I paid to CityVize Consulting firm be returned to me in full. I do not want to take this issue to further dimensions, resort to legal remedies or file a complaint with the official authorities. However, I would like to make it clear that in the event of a non-refund, I will have to exercise my legal rights.
