I planned to order the assembly of PCs in this organization, found them in tiktok, followed their activities with interest and counted on honest service, but later I was disappointed when ordering. Like everyone else, we initially discussed different assemblies with different components. I specified where they order PC hardware, this is the iven website.by, that is, I could go in myself and get an approximate price for the hardware and after adding their price for the work, find out how much the assembly would cost me. It was repeatedly said in the tiktok video that only the cost of their work is added to the cost of the components, that is, assembly + delivery +\- 350BYN, when I decided on the components and was ready to order,I wrote and threw off a photo with the assembly that I would like, to which I was offered an option with a cheaper PSU and a little cheaper RAM, for all 7950 BYN. I was surprised at the price, because the cost of the hardware of this assembly is on the iven website.the cost was about 6900 BYN, adding 350 BYN to this amount for assembly and delivery comes out to 7250, but not 7950, so I clarified why this price was, to which I was given the answer that I could order the components myself and the price would be 6900+350BYN for assembly, but without their guarantee, I was surprised, it turns out that I had to pay another 700 BYN on top for the guarantee they provided, can you imagine this absurdity? I decided to take it a step further and started comparing prices on the iven website.I looked at all the assemblies that they offered me in our correspondence and came to the conclusion that it's not about the warranty, they have a margin on all assemblies of +/- 10%. And it's not that there is a margin, many PC assembly companies have margins and they don't hide it, the fact is that in the video in tiktok and when consulting and subsequently ordering the assembly, they don't say a word about it, I was counting on one amount, but it turns out they misled me and when ordering, I identified the following details. And not only that, when I left a couple of comments in tiktok under their video, where people asked for the price and I pointed it out to them, they deleted my messages and blocked me. After that, they came to instagram in our correspondence, becoming personal and communicating with disrespect towards me, although I did not allow myself to say a bad word in their direction, but only pointed out that they were not providing complete information to the client, after which I was blocked there. As they say, the picture in tiktok is good, but in fact there are such pitfalls, so people keep this in mind. As a result, on the same day I found a PC assembly company in Minsk where the prices are adequate and for this amount with the best hardware, so do not rush to choose this company. Good luck to all! P.S. By the way, at the bottom of one of the responses to a bad comment, the company proves that they only charge money for work and they don't have any extra charge, you can read it yourself, isn't that hypocrisy?
