After 7 weeks of active treatment, severe visible traumatic injuries remain on the face. The salon refuses to be responsible for the work of its cosmetologists.The company's management is absolutely not interested in solving problems. On the very first day after the procedure, I requested a meeting with the owner/management. The meeting was refused. They said that the director would contact them in the morning. There was no feedback from the director. To get a call from the girl who eventually called back and introduced herself to me as the director, I had to call the salon three more times the next day. I went to LODE with my injuries. The salon paid off the cost of my first visit and the medicines prescribed by the first doctor. Then the representative of the salon stopped contacting.
